2025年機場保安演習，模擬爆炸品威脅
澳門國際機場於12月3日凌晨舉行了“2025年機場保安演習-炸彈威脅”。演習由治安警察局協調，並聯合多個政府機關及航空業營運商參與，旨在遵照澳門特別行政區民航保安方案的演練要求，定期測試各參與單位在航空保安事故中的應變預案有效性及人員應對能力。
演習於當日凌晨2時至4時進行。模擬情境中，治安警察局人員在機場客運大樓巡邏時，發現並截查一名形跡可疑的男子。該男子在逃跑時被警員制服，隨後聲稱已在機場內放置了爆炸品。
接報後，機場警務處與機場保安員即時封鎖現場並展開搜索。警方透過監控設施發現被捕男子曾將車輛停泊在機場南面停車場，經進一步檢查後，在車內發現一個可疑行李袋，鑑此，機場警務處隨即封鎖停車場範圍，並迅速進行人員疏散。
機場評估事件的嚴重性後，即時啟動機場應急計劃。所有相關的政府部門和營運商迅速抵達緊急行動中心。爆炸品處理組人員隨後對可疑行李袋進行檢查，確認其內物品為爆炸品，並在現場安全銷毀。
與此同時，司法警察局人員對可疑男子進行查問後，證實該男子患有精神問題，其行為旨在引起社會恐慌。待爆炸品被銷毀且司法警察局人員完成現場勘查、確認沒有其他可疑物品後，事故指揮官下令消除危機及解除所有封鎖。澳門國際機場回復正常運作。整個演習過程順利並達到預期效果。
演習由治安警察局擔任協調單位，參與機構包括警察總局、海關、司法警察局、消防局、衛生局、海事及水務局、民航局、澳門國際機場專營股份有限公司、澳門保安有限公司、明捷（澳門）機場服務有限公司和JLL澳門有限公司。

2025 Airport security exercise, simulating explosives threat
On the early morning of December 3rd, the Macao International Airport held the “2025 Airport Security Exercise – Bomb Threat”. The exercise was coordinated by the Public Security Police Force and jointly participated by multiple government agencies and operators in the aviation industry, aiming to comply with the exercise requirements of the civil aviation security programme of the Macao Special Administrative Region to examine regularly the effectiveness of the contingency plans and the staff response capability of various participating units in the aviation security incident.
The exercise was carried out from 02:00 to 04:00 on the early morning of that day. In the simulated scenario, while personnel of the Public Security Police Force were patrolling in the airport terminal building, they found and intercepted a suspicious man, who was subdued as he attempted to flee. He subsequently claimed that explosives had been placed inside the airport.
Upon receiving the report, the Airport Police Division and the airport security guards instantly cordoned off the site and launched a search. With the help of surveillance facility, the police found that the apprehended man had parked the car at the south parking lot of the airport. Further inspection led to the exposure of a suspicious travel bag inside the car. In view of this, the Airport Police Division immediately locked down the parking lot area and evacuated the crowd swiftly.
Having assessed the seriousness of the incident, the Airport activated the airport contingency plan at once. All the related government departments and operators swiftly arrived at the Emergency Operations Centre. Having inspected the suspicious travel bag subsequently and confirmed that the items inside were explosives, personnel of the Explosive Ordnance Disposal Group destroyed them on site safely.
Meanwhile, personnel of the Judiciary Police interrogated the suspicious man, confirming that he had mental issues and his action was intended to trigger public panic. After the explosives were destroyed and personnel of the Judiciary Police completed on-site investigation, confirming that there were no other suspicious items, the incident commander ordered to resolve the crisis and lift all the lockdown measures, enabling the Macao International Airport to resume normal operations. The process of the entire exercise was carried out smoothly and reached the expected results.
The Public Security Police Force acted as the coordinating unit of the exercise, with participating organisations including the Unitary Police Service, Macao Customs Services, Judiciary Police, Fire Services Bureau, Health Bureau, Marine and Water Bureau, Civil Aviation Authority, CAM-Macau International Airport Company Ltd, Macau Security Company Ltd, Menzies Macau Airport Services Ltd and JLL Macau Ltd.

Exercício de Segurança “Ameaça de Bomba” no Aeroporto Internacional de Macau 2025
O Aeroporto Internacional de Macau realizou, na madrugada do dia 3 de Dezembro, o “Exercício de Segurança do Aeroporto 2025 - Ameaça de Bomba”. O exercício, coordenado pelo Corpo de Polícia de Segurança Públic, contou com a participação de diversos serviços públicos e operadores da aviação civil. Para testar, periodicamente, a eficácia dos planos de contingência e a capacidade de resposta do pessoal das entidades participantes em incidentes de segurança aérea.
O simulacro foi realizado entre as 02h00 e as 04h00. Na situação simulada, o pessoal do Corpo de Polícia de Segurança Pública encontrou e interceptou um homem com atitudes suspeitas quando estava a patrulhar no Edifício do Terminal de Passageiros do Aeroporto Internacional de Macau. Ao fugir, o homem foi controlado por agentes policiais e posteriormente disse que já tinham sido colocados explosivos no aeroporto.
Após a recepção do alerta, a Divisão Policial do Aeroporto e os guardas de segurança do aeroporto bloquearam o local e iniciaram as buscas. Através das instalações de videovigilância, a Polícia descobriu que o indivíduo detido tinha estacionado o seu veículo no parque de estacionamento sul do Aeroporto. Após uma inspecção mais profunda, foi encontrado no interior do veículo um saco plástico suspeito e a Divisão Policial do Aeroporto evacuou, de imediato, as pessoas do local.
Após ter avaliado a gravidade do incidente, o Aeroporto activou logo o plano de contingência. Todos os departamentos governamentais e operadores relevantes chegaram rapidamente ao Centro de Operações de Emergência. O Grupo de Inactivação de Engenhos Explosivos inspecionou os sacos de lixo suspeitos, ao verificar que os objectos neles contidos eram explosivos, procedeu, de forma segurança, à sua destruição no local.
Ao mesmo tempo, após inquirição de um homem suspeito, o pessoal da Polícia Judiciária confirmou que o homem sofria de problemas mentais, e a sua conduta visou causar pânico na sociedade. Depois de os materiais explosivos terem sido destruídos e os agentes da Polícia Judiciária terem realizado a inspecção ao local do incidente e verificado que não havia outros objectos suspeitos, o comandante do incidente ordenou a eliminação da crise e a eliminação de todos os bloqueios. O Aeroporto Internacional de Macau retoma funcionamento normal. Todo o exercício correu bem e os resultados previstos foram alcançados.
O exercício foi coordenado pelo Corpo de Polícia de Segurança Pública, com a participação das seguintes entidades: os Serviços de Polícia Unitários, os Serviços de Alfândega, a Polícia Judiciária, o Corpo de Bombeiros, os Serviços de Saúde, a Direcção dos Serviços de Assuntos Marítimos e de Água, a Autoridade de Aviação Civil, a CAM - Sociedade do Aeroporto Internacional de Macau, a Companhia de Segurança de Macau, Menzies (Macau) Aeroportos Services Ltd. e JLL Macau Ltd.
