第三屆粵港澳大灣區警察運動會在澳門舉行

2025年10月14日下午，第三屆粵港澳大灣區警察運動會在澳門舉行。澳門保安司黃少澤司長出席開幕式並宣佈運動會開幕，廣東省副省長、廣東省公安廳廳長劉國周以及香港警務處周一鳴處長出席開幕式並致辭；檢察院陳子勁檢察長（候任保安司司長）、警察總局梁文昌局長、澳門海關何浩瀚關長及中央人民政府駐澳門特別行政區聯絡辦公室警務聯絡部王前進部長亦出席儀式。來自粵港澳三地警察、保安部隊及保安部門的300多名官員與運動員代表參加了開幕式。

本屆運動會以“灣區同心，護航發展”為主題，彰顯三地警方同心協力踐行使命擔當，為大灣區高質量發展保駕護航的目標。開幕式上，有三地警察樂隊現場演奏，亦有總主題為《同心護航耀灣區》的表演節目——包括《聲馳灣區》、《旗聚同心》及《護航之路》，融合交通警電單車花式演示、三地警察歌手演唱、旗舞、武術，以及海陸空六種巡邏模式展示，內容豐富多元。

賽事設有六大競賽項目：手槍射擊、龍舟、七人足球、三項技能挑戰、羽毛球及乒乓球，全面展現三地警務人員的綜合素養與運動風采；同時還安排官員友誼賽，涵蓋手槍射擊、室內划艇及羽毛球三個項目。

粵港澳大灣區警察運動會此前已成功舉辦兩屆，2023年廣東承辦首屆賽事，2024年香港接續承辦並推進三地合作。本屆運動會由澳門接棒，賽期為10月14日至17日，期間黃少澤司長與候任保安司司長陳子勁先後帶領澳門團隊參與。兩位司長接力主持，為“灣區同心、護航發展”的理念注入堅實力量，不僅延續了過往兩屆盛會凝聚的三地警方深厚情誼，更以實際行動踐行這一理念，進一步推動粵港澳大灣區警方協作，書寫更契合的同心篇章。

The 3rd Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area Police Games Held in Macao

On the afternoon of 14^th October 2025, the 3^rd Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area Police Games took place in Macao. Macao Secretary for Security WONG Sio Chak attended the opening ceremony and announced the commencement of the sports event. Vice Governor of Guangdong Province and Director of the Guangdong Provincial Public Security Department LIU Guozhou, and Commissioner of Police of the Hong Kong Police Force Joe CHOW Yat-ming, attended the opening ceremony and delivered speeches. Prosecutor General of the Public Prosecutions Office CHAN Tsz King (the incoming Secretary for Security), Commissioner General of the Unitary Police Service LEONG Man Cheong, Director General of the Macao Customs Adriano Marques HO, and Director of the Police Liaison Department of the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in the Macao SAR WANG Qianjin also attended the ceremony. More than 300 officials and athlete representatives from police, security forces and security departments in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area participated in the opening ceremony.

This year’s sports event was themed “United in the Bay Area, Safeguarding Development”, highlighting the joint commitment of police forces of the three places to fulfill their missions and responsibilities, with the goal of safeguarding the high-quality development of the Greater Bay Area. At the opening ceremony, police bands from the three places delivered live performances. In addition, a main programme entitled “Together Safeguarding the Bay” was staged — including “Voices Across the Bay,” “United Under One Flag” and “The Path of Safeguarding.” The programme combined traffic police motorcycle stunt demonstrations, performances by police vocalists of the three places, flag dances, martial arts, and displays of six types of sea, land and air patrol modes, offering a rich and diverse array of content.

The competition comprised six principal events: pistol shooting, dragon boat racing, seven-a-side football, a triathlon challenge, badminton and table tennis, comprehensively showcasing the overall competence and sporting spirit of police personnel of the three places. Friendly matches for officials were also arranged, covering pistol shooting, indoor rowing and badminton.

The Greater Bay Area Police Games had been successfully held twice before. Guangdong hosted the inaugural Games in 2023, while in 2024, Hong Kong continued to host the event to promote cooperation among the three places. Macao took up the baton to host this year’s sports event, which was held from October 14^th to 17^th, during which Secretary for Security WONG Sio Chak and the incoming Secretary for Security CHAN Tsz King successively led the Macao delegation to participate in the event. The two Secretaries presided in turn, lending solid support to the concept “United for the Bay, Safeguarding Development”. Their actions not only continued the profound camaraderie fostered among the police forces in the previous two Games, but also put that concept into practice, further promoting police cooperation across the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area, authoring a more united and resonant chapter together.

3.ª Edição dos Jogos Policiais da Grande Baía Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau realizada em Macau

Na tarde do dia 14 de Outubro de 2025, a 3.ª edição dos Jogos Policiais da Grande Baía Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau teve lugar em Macau. O Secretário para a Segurança de Macau, WONG Sio Chak, esteve presente na cerimónia para declarar a abertura dos jogos. O Vice-Governador da Província de Guangdong e Director da Directoria Provincial de Segurança Pública de Guangdong, LIU Guozhou, bem como o Comandante da Polícia de Hong Kong, CHOW Yat-ming, estiveram presentes na cerimónia de abertura e proferiram os discursos. Além disso, o Procurador do Ministério Público, CHAN Tsz King (Secretário para a Segurança indigitado), o Comandante-geral dos Serviços de Polícia Unitários, LEONG Man Cheong, o Director Geral dos Serviços de Alfândega, Adriano MARQUES HO, assim como o Director dos Serviços de Ligação para os Assuntos Policiais do Gabinete de Ligação do Governo Popular Central na Região Administrativa Especial de Macau, WANG Qianjin, também marcaram presença na cerimónia. Mais de 300 representantes oficiais e atletas das polícias, forças e serviços de polícia das três jurisdições, Guangdong, Hong Kong e Macau, compareceram à cerimónia de abertura.

A presente edição dos Jogos tem como tema “Unidos na Grande Baía, juntos pela Salvaguarda do Desenvolvimento”, demonstrando o objectivo das forças policiais das três jurisdições em unirem esforços para cumprir as suas missões e responsabilidades, no sentido de garantir um desenvolvimento de alta qualidade na Grande Baía. Na cerimónia de abertura, houve não somente actuações ao vivo das bandas de música das autoridades policiais das três jurisdições, mas também espectáculos com o tema geral “Unidos para Proteger e Iluminar a Grande Baía”, incluindo “Vozes que atravessam a Grande Baía”, “Unidos em torno da Bandeira” e “Caminho de Protecção”. O espectáculo integrou exibições de motocicletas por agentes de trânsito, actuações de cantores policiais das três regiões, dança de bandeiras, demonstrações de artes marciais e uma apresentação multimodal das patrulhas terrestres, marítimas e aéreas, revelando a diversidade e o dinamismo do evento.

O evento contou com seis modalidades principais: tiro com pistola, regatas de barcos-dragão, futebol de sete, desafio de três habilidades, badminton e ténis de mesa, demonstrando plenamente o profissionalismo e o espírito desportivo das polícias das três regiões. Em paralelo, foram organizados jogos amigáveis para oficiais, abrangendo tiro com pistola, remo e badminton.

Os Jogos Policiais da Grande Baía Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau já foram realizados com sucesso em duas edições anteriores: a primeira em 2023, organizada por Guangdong, e a segunda em 2024, sediada em Hong Kong, reforçando a cooperação entre as três regiões. Na edição deste ano, Macau assume o papel de anfitriã, com o evento a decorrer de 14 a 17 de Outubro, sendo a delegação de Macau liderada sucessivamente pelo Secretário WONG Sio Chake pelo Secretário para a Segurança indigitado, CHAN Tsz King. Ambos os Secretários, que presidiram ao evento na forma de estafeta, injectaram uma sólida força ao conceito de “Unidos na Grande Baía, juntos pela Salvaguarda do Desenvolvimento”, pois, não só deram continuidade à profunda amizade das polícias das três regiões nas edições anteriores, como também colocaram este conceito em prática, promovendo ainda mais a colaboração policial na Grande Baía Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau e escrevendo um capítulo de união mais estreita.
