“司法警察六十五年”郵品月杪發行
澳門郵電局將於2025年10月28日發行“司法警察六十五年”為主題的系列郵品。10月8日下午，本局薛仲明局長、蘇兆強副局長、孫錦輝校長出席於郵電局舉行的記者招待會，與郵電局劉惠明局長等共同介紹郵品設計概念及發行詳情。
澳門司法警察的職責是預防及調查犯罪，以及協助司法當局。1960年設立時為司法警察處，後歷經升格為司法警察廳、司法警察司，於澳門特別行政區成立後更名為司法警察局。六十五年以來，澳門司法警察一直以預防打擊犯罪、捍衛法治正義，維護社會安寧和公眾安全為使命，與時並進，變革創新，近年全面貫徹落實“主動警務”、“社區警務”和“公關警務”三個警務理念，秉承心繫社區、執法為民的信念，為澳門社會革新進步打造堅實的安全環境。
司警局期望藉此郵品與公眾共證澳門司法警察六十五年來的光榮使命和崢嶸歲月，從而推動警民一家，同心合力守護美好的家園。
“司法警察六十五年”郵品將於2025年10月28日起在郵政總局、通訊博物館及水坑尾郵政分局發售，發行的一套四枚郵票分別以“刑事偵查”、“刑事技術”、“科技強警”及“社區警務”作為主題，輔以司警局總部大樓及多種警務裝備等元素，多角度呈現司法警察的精神面貌和執法工作。該套郵票由梁子恆先生設計，資料單張文本則由本局提供。

“65 Years of the Judiciary Police” philatelic issue to be released at the end of the month
The Macao Post and Telecommunications Bureau will issue a set of philatelic products themed “65 Years of the Judiciary Police” on 28 October 2025. On the afternoon of October 8th, Director SIT Chong Meng and Deputy Director SOU Sio Keong of the Judiciary Police, together with Director SUEN Kam Fai of the Judiciary Police School, attended a press conference held at the Macao Post and Telecommunications Bureau, where they joined Director LAU Wai Meng of the latter Bureau to introduce the design concept and issuance details of the philatelic series.
The Macao Judiciary Police is responsible for preventing and investigating crimes, as well as assisting judicial authorities. Established in 1960 as the Judiciary Police Division, the force was subsequently upgraded to the Judiciary Police Sub-directorate and later the Judiciary Police Directorate, before being renamed the Judiciary Police following the establishment of the Macao Special Administrative Region. Over the past 65 years, the Macao Judiciary Police has remained steadfast in their mission to prevent and combat crimes, uphold the rule of law and justice, and safeguard societal harmony and public safety. Advancing with the times and embracing innovation, the Judiciary Police has in recent years comprehensively implemented the three policing philosophies of “proactive policing,” “community policing” and “public relations policing”. Guided by the principles of serving the community and enforcing the law for the people, the Judiciary Police continues to build a solidly safe environment conducive to the transformation and development of the Macao society.
Through this philatelic issue, the Judiciary Police seeks to share with the public the honourable mission and remarkable journey of the past 65 years, promoting closer ties between the police and the community in jointly safeguarding our wondeful homeland.
The “65 Years of the Judiciary Police” philatelic products will be available for sale from 28 October 2025 at the General Post Office, the Communications Museum and the Rua do Campo Post Office Branch. The set comprises four stamps, themed respectively “criminal investigation”, “forensic science”, “technology-echanced policing” and “community policing”. The designs incorporate elements such as the Judiciary Police Headquarters Building and various police equipment, presenting from multiple perspectives the professional spirit and law enforcement work of the Judiciary Police. The stamps were designed by Mr. LEONG Chi Hang, and the accompanying information brochure was provided by the Judiciary Police.

Emissão filatélica “65 Anos da Polícia Judiciária” nos finais deste mês
A Direcção dos Serviços de Correios e Telecomunicações (CTT), vai emitir uma série de produtos filatélicos com o tema “65 Anos da Polícia Judiciária” no dia 28 de Outubro de 2025. Na tarde de 8 de Outubro, o director da Polícia Judiciária SIT Chong Meng, o subdirector SOU Sio Keong e o director da Escola de Polícia Judiciária SUEN Kam Fai, participaram numa conferência de imprensa realizada pelos CTT, onde apresentaram, juntamente com a directora dos CTT, LAU Wai Meng, o design desses produtos filatélicos e os pormenores da emissão.
A PJ tem como atribuições a prevenção e a investigação criminal, bem como a coadjuvação das autoridades judiciárias. Em 1960 criou-se a Inspecção da Polícia Judiciária que depois foi elevada a Subdirectoria da Polícia Judiciária e, em seguida, a Directoria da Polícia Judiciária. Esta, quando foi estabelecida a RAEM, passou a designar-se Polícia Judiciária. Ao longo dos 65 anos, a PJ tem tido como missões a prevenção e combate ao crime, defesa do Estado de Direito e da justiça e a salvaguarda da tranquilidade social e a segurança pública. Ao acompanhar a evolução do tempo, reformar e inovar, nos últimos anos foram implementados abrangentemente os três conceitos policiais “policiamento activo”, “policiamento comunitário” e “policiamento de proximidade”, mantendo-se atenta à comunidade e seguindo com convicção a defesa da lei em prol da população, no sentido de construir um ambiente seguro para inovações e progressos da sociedade de Macau.
A Polícia Judiciária espera que, com estes produtos filatélicos, se possa testemunhar junto com o público a missão honrosa e os tempos memoráveis dos últimos 65 anos da PJ, promovendo o espírito de relação familiar entre as forças policiais e a população, e os esforços conjuntos para salvaguardar o lar harmonioso.
Os produtos filatélicos serão postos à venda na sede dos Correios de Macau (Estação Central), no Museu das Comunicações e na Estação da Rua do Campo a partir do dia 28 de Outubro de 2025. Os quatro selos desta série têm como temas: “Investigação criminal”, “Ciências Forenses”, “Aplicação da tecnologia no trabalho policial” e “Policiamento comunitário”, integram elementos do edifício sede da PJ e diversos equipamentos policiais e, em vários aspectos, retratam o espírito, imagens e tarefas policiais da PJ. O design desta série de selos é da autoria do Sr. LEONG Chi Hang, e a pagela desta emissão foi escrita pela PJ.
