澳門日報讀者公益基金會到訪司法警察局
2024年11月22日，澳門日報讀者公益基金會賀定一會長，陸波及許建章副會長，黃國勝理事長，崔家榮、李廣志及梁永佳副理事長等一行七人到訪本局，與本局薛仲明局長、岑錦榮副局長、管理及計劃廳楊春麗廳長和社區警務及公共關係處趙朱惠敏處長進行會晤，就即將於12月舉行的第41屆澳門“公益金百萬行”慈善活動進行交流。
賀定一會長在會晤中感謝本局多年來鼎力支持“公益金百萬行”活動，讚揚本局全力預防和打擊犯罪，保障本澳良好治安秩序，並介紹今屆公益金百萬行將以實體步行籌募善款，不再採用“線上行”形式，期望籌得更多善款，幫助社會上更多有需要人士。
薛仲明局長讚揚澳門日報讀者公益基金會創辦至今，秉持創會宗旨，為慈善公益不遺餘力，廣獲社會認同和肯定，相信參與市民更勝往年。本局將一如既往在安保等環節上全力協助，確保百萬行活動順利舉行，並祝願活動圓滿成功。同時，代表司法警察局福利會送交一萬五千元善款，賀定一會長代表接收。

Charity Fund of the Readers of Macao Daily News visiting the Judiciary Police
On 22nd November 2024, a delegation of 7 members from the Charity Fund of the Readers of Macao Daily News, including President HO Teng Iat, Vice-Presidents LOK Po and HOI Kin Cheong, Chairman VONG Kok Seng, Vice-Chairmen CHOI Ka Weng, LEI Kuong Chi and LEONG Weng Kai, visited the Judiciary Police and met with Director SIT Chong Meng, Deputy Director SAM Kam Weng, Head of Management and Planning Department IEONG Chon Lai, Sally, as well as Head of Community Policing and Public Relations Division CHIU CHU Wai Man, to exchange views on the upcoming Macao charity event, the 41th “Walk for a Million”, which would be held in December.
During the meeting, President HO Teng Iat thanked the Judiciary Police for its unfailing support to the event “Walk for a Million” over the years, and praised the Judiciary Police for their efforts in preventing and combating crimes in full force, as well as ensuring good law and order in Macao. In addition, she introduced that, this year, the fundraising event “Walk for a Million” would be a physical walk instead of an “online walk”, thus hoping to raise more funds for more needy people in the society.
Director SIT Chong Meng commended the Charity Fund of the Readers of Macao Daily News for upholding its founding mission, as well as sparing no effort in charitable work since its establishment, which had been widely recognised and acknowledged by the society. He believed that, the participation of the public would be even better than that of previous years. The Judiciary Police would continue to provide full assistance in security and other areas, so as to ensure the smooth holding of the “Walk for a Million”, while wishing the event a great success. Meanwhile, on behalf of the Judiciary Police Welfare Association, Director SIT Chong Meng presented a donation of $15,000 to President HO Teng Iat, who received it on behalf of the Charity Fund.

Visita do Fundo de Beneficência dos Leitores do Jornal Ou Mun à PJ
No dia 22 de Novembro de 2024, uma delegação do Fundo de Beneficência dos Leitores do Jornal Ou Mun composta por 7 pessoas, nomeadamente, a presidente HO Teng Iat, os vice-presidentes LOK Po e HOI Kin Cheong, o director-geral VONG Kok Seng, os vice-presidentes da direcção, CHOI Ka Weng, LEI Kuong Chi e LEONG Weng Kai, efectuou uma visita à PJ, onde teve um encontro com o director, SIT Chong Meng, o subdirector, SAM Kam Weng, a chefe do Departamento de Gestão e Planeamento, Ieong Chon Lai e a chefe da Divisão de Ligação entre Polícia e Comunidade e Relações Públicas, CHIU CHU Wai Man e tiveram uma troca de opiniões sobre a 41.ª “Marcha de Caridade para um Milhão” de Macau, que terá lugar em Dezembro.
A presidente HO Teng Iat, manifestou o agradecimento pelo grande apoio à “Marcha de Caridade para um Milhão” dado pela PJ ao longo dos anos e elogiou a PJ na prevenção e combate, sem poupar esforços, o que contribuiu para a ordem pública e explicou que, este ano, a “Marcha de Caridade para Um Milhão” não terá a modalidade “Marcha online”, mas só a caminhada física para angariar donativos e disse esperar angariar mais donativos para ajudar mais pessoas necessitadas.
Por sua vez, o director, SIT Chong Meng elogiou o Fundo de Beneficência dos Leitores do Jornal Ou Mun, por ter seguido o objectivo e nunca ter poupado esforços nas acções da caridade e beneficência desde a sua fundação, o que merece acolhimento e reconhecimento de toda a sociedade, acredita-se que o número de participantes será ainda maior do que nos anos anteriores. Como sempre, a PJ continuará a apoiar em termos de segurança para que o evento decorra com sucesso, por outro lado desejou o maior sucesso a este evento. Entretanto, em nome da Obra Social da PJ, o director entregou 15.000 patacas à presidente HO Teng Iat que as recebeu em representação do Fundo.
