粵港澳三地警方續開展“雷霆2022”聯合警務行動
粵港澳三地警方聯合行動“雷霆2022”,第一階段已在2022年5月20日至7月4日進行,期間粵港澳三地警方針對不同目標,分別展開多次巡查及打擊行動,有效預防及打擊跨境有組織犯罪,遏止不法行為。第二階段行動亦已在9月13日展開,澳門方面,由警察總局負責統籌,協調澳門海關、司法警察局及治安警察局聯合執行。
2022年9月29日23時,警察總局聯同澳門海關、司法警察局及治安警察局續展開大型聯合警務行動,徹夜巡查了澳門及路氹多間娛樂場、夜店、桑拿等場所,並加強沿岸和海上的截查工作。行動於9月30日凌晨3時15分結束,共動用超過380名警務人員及關員、6支警犬小隊,澳門海關亦派出2艘巡邏船、5艘快艇、無人機小隊等,打擊偷渡活動。
整個行動共截查了1,771人,16人(10男6女)被帶返警局作進一步調查,當中12名(7男5女)中國籍人士逾期逗留、3名(2男1女)中國籍人士非法入境,同時在調查期間發現其中1名(男)非法入境者因涉及非法再入境被移交檢察院跟進,其餘逾期逗留人士及非法入境者均被移交治安警察局出入境管制廳處理。
“雷霆行動”是由廣東省公安廳、香港警務處以及澳門警察總局聯合開展,旨在打擊跨境犯罪,震懾不法份子。警察總局會密切注視本澳及鄰近地區的犯罪趨勢,持續加強粵港澳三地警方的情報交流,適時調整及部署針對性的打擊策略,並聯同各警務單位合力打擊及遏止跨境有組織犯罪,維護本澳良好的治安環境,保障區域安全和社會穩定。

Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao Police continued to launch joint policing operation “Thunderbolt 2022”
The first phase of the joint operation “Thunderbolt 2022” by the Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao police had already been conducted between 20th May and 4th July 2022. During the operation, the police of Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao launched multiple patrolling and combating operations respectively on different targets, which effectively prevented and combated cross-border organized crimes and curbed illegal acts. The second phase of the operation has already been initiated on September 13th. For Macao, the operation was organized and coordinated by the Unitary Police Service and jointly executed by the Macao Customs Service, Judiciary Police and Public Security Police Force.
The Unitary Police Service, together with the Macao Customs Service, Judiciary Police and Public Security Police Force, continued to launch large-scale joint policing operation at 23:00 on 29th September 2022, patrolling multiple establishments including casinos, nightclubs, saunas, etc. in Macao and Cotai overnight and strengthening the coastal and maritime interception works. The operation ended at 3:15 in the early morning of September 30th, mobilizing over 380 police officers and customs officers, as well as 6 K-9 teams. The Macao Customs Service also deployed 2 patrol vessels, 5 speedboats, drone teams, etc. to combat illegal immigration activities.
During the entire operation, a total of 1,771 individuals were intercepted and 16 individuals (10 men and 6 women) were brought back for further investigation. Among them, 12 Chinese individuals (7 men and 5 women) were overstayers while 3 Chinese individuals (2 men and 1 woman) were illegal immigrants. During investigation, one of the illegal immigrants (male) was found involving in illegal re-entry and was thus transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office. All of the remaining overstayers and illegal immigrants were transferred to the Border Control Department of the Public Security Police Force.
The “Thunderbolt Operation” was jointly launched by the Guangdong Provincial Public Security Department, the Hong Kong Police Force and the Macao Unitary Police Service, aiming to combat cross-border crimes and deter unruly elements. The Unitary Police Service will pay high attention to the crime trends in Macao and neighbouring regions, continue to strengthen the intelligence exchange among the Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao police, timely adjust and deploy targeted combating strategy. With the concerted effort of all the policing units in combating and suppressing cross-border organized crime, the public security environment in Macao will be safeguarded, and regional security and social stability will be protected.

Polícias de Guangdong, Hong Kong e Macau prosseguem operação conjunta “Trovoada 2022”
No âmbito da operação conjunta “Trovoada 2022”, realizada pelas autoridades policiais de Guangdong, Hong Kong e Macau, a primeira fase decorreu entre 20 de Maio e 4 de Julho de 2022, durante a qual as polícias das três regiões desenvolveram acções de fiscalização e de combate a diferentes tipos de criminalidade, que resultaram eficazmente na prevenção e combate à criminalidade organizada e transfronteiriça, bem como na repressão de actos ilícitos. A segunda fase da operação começou no dia 13 de Setembro. Em Macau, a operação conjunta é coordenada pelos Serviços de Polícia Unitários (SPU) e levada a cabo pelos Serviços de Alfândega (SA), Polícia Judiciária (PJ) e Corpo de Polícia de Segurança Pública (CPSP).
No dia 29 de Setembro, pelas 23h00, os SPU, os SA, a PJ e o CPSP prosseguiram a operação policial, de grande dimensão, tendo nessa noite realizado acções de fiscalização a diversos casinos, estabelecimentos nocturnos e casas de saunas, situados em Macau e no Cotai, tendo reforçado também as acções de intercepção e de fiscalização nas zonas costeiras e marítimas. A operação terminou às 03h15 da madrugada do dia 30 de Setembro, tendo mobilizado mais de 380 agentes policiais e alfandegários e 6 pelotões cinotécnicos. Os SA mobilizaram 2 embarcações de patrulha, 5 lanchas de alta velocidade e equipa de drones para o combate à imigração ilegal.
Nesta operação, 1771 indivíduos foram interceptados para identificação, entre os quais 16 (10 homens e 6 mulheres) foram conduzidos à Polícia para efeito de averiguações. Doze indivíduos (7 homens e 5 mulheres) de nacionalidade chinesa estavam com excesso de permanência, 3 indivíduos (2 homens e 1 mulher) de nacionalidade chinesa eram imigrantes ilegais e, durante a investigação, verificou-se que um outro estava envolvido num caso de reentrada ilegal. Este, por isso, foi enviado ao Ministério Público, e os restantes foram encaminhados ao Departamento de Controlo Fronteiriço do CPSP para proceder ao devido acompanhamento.
A “Operação Trovoada” é uma operação policial conjunta entre Directoria Provincial de Segurança Pública de Guangdong, Polícia de Hong Kong e SPU de Macau, que visa combater a criminalidade transfronteiriça e reprimir os criminosos. Os SPU vão continuar atentos às tendências da criminalidade local e das regiões vizinhas, reforçar de forma contínua a permuta de informações entre as três autoridades policiais, ajustar atempadamente e planear estratégias específicas de combate à criminalidade, de forma a combater e reprimir a criminalidade transfronteiriça organizada, em colaboração com outras unidades policiais, salvaguardando desta forma a ordem pública local, e garantido a segurança regional e estabilidade social.
