保安範疇官員應邀出席《澳門講場》
2020年12月2日，澳門海關助理關長黃偉文、警察總局局長助理劉運嫦、司法警察局副局長陳堅雄、澳門保安部隊事務局副局長關啓榮，以及治安警察局副局長梁慶康應邀出席澳門電台時事節目《澳門講場》，與市民探討社區警務及科技強警的議題。
澳門海關助理關長黃偉文講解“海域智能監控系統”建設及運作情況，以加強對海上及近岸異常狀況的預警和追蹤能力，以及打擊“水客”活動的相關措施；警察總局局長助理劉運嫦總結今年首三季澳門治安形勢，並探討“天眼”系統的運作成效及對居民隱私的保障；澳門保安部隊事務局副局長關啓榮介紹在日趨複雜的治安形勢下，當局通過科技強警提升警方執法和服務水平的情況；治安警察局副局長梁慶康介紹了警方在防疫及社區警務方面的工作，以及《道路交通法》相關執法細則。
本局副局長陳堅雄分析疫情下刑事犯罪案件趨勢，重點談及今年較為突出的與未成年人相關的色情物品案、涉及青少年的性犯罪，以及各類型詐騙犯罪；為了有效應對相關情況，本局積極與外地警方合作進行打擊，並從多方面加強防罪宣傳工作，以提高社會大眾的防罪守法意識。

Officials from public security invited to attend Macao Forum
On 2nd December 2020, Assistant Director of the Macao Customs Service Vong Vai Man, Assistant to Commissioner General of the Unitary Police Service Lao Wan Seong, Deputy Director of the Judiciary Police Chan Kin Hong, Deputy Director of Macao Public Security Forces Affairs Bureau Kwan Kai Veng and Deputy Director of the Public Security Police Force Leong Heng Hong were invited to attend the TDM current affairs programme “Macao Forum”, to discuss with the public concerning the issues on community policing and strengthening police via technology.
Assistant Director of the Macao Customs Service Vong Vai Man explained the establishment and operation of the "Maritime Intelligent Monitoring System" to reinforce the early alert and tracking capabilities of abnormal conditions at sea and onshore, as well as related measures to combat activities of "parallel traders". Assistant to Commissioner General of the Unitary Police Service Lao Wan Seong concluded the public security situation in Macao for the first three quarters of the year, and explored the operational efficacy of “Sky Eye” system and its protection for residents’ privacy. Deputy Director of Macao Public Security Forces Affairs Bureau Kwan Kai Veng introduced that, under the increasing complexity of public security situation, the authorities enhanced the level of law enforcement and services by strengthening police via technology. Deputy Director of Public Security Police Force Leong Heng Hong introduced the police’s work in pandemic precaution and community policing, as well as the relevant enforcement details of the "Road Traffic Law".
Deputy Director of the Judiciary Police Chan Kin Hong analysed the trend of criminal cases under the pandemic, focusing on the more noticeable cases of the year: pornographic objects related to minors, sexual crimes involving youths and various types of fraud crimes. In order to effectively respond to the relevant situation, the Judiciary Police actively cooperated with police from other places in the crackdown, and also enhanced the work on anti-crime promotion from many aspects, in order to raise the public's awareness of crime prevention and law-abiding.

Os responsáveis da tutela da Segurança no programa “Macau Fórum”
No dia 2 de Dezembro de 2020, o adjunto do director-geral dos Serviços de Alfândega Vong Vai Man, a adjunta do comandante-geral dos SPU Lao Wan Seong, o subdirector da PJ Chan Kin Hong, o subdirector do DSFSM Kwan Kai Veng e o subdirector do CPSP Leong Heng Hong, foram convidados no programa da TDM “Macau Fórum”. No qual falaram com os cidadãos sobre o policiamento comunitário e o policiamento com recurso a tecnologias avançadas.
O adjunto do director-geral dos Serviços de Alfândega Vong Vai Man falou do “Sistema de Monitorização Inteligente na Área Marítima” e do funcionamento, explicando que esse equipamento serve para intensificar a capacidade de alerta e do rastreio de situações irregulares nos mares e nas beiras, e ainda citou as medidas para combater as actividades dos “comerciantes paralelos”. A adjunta do comandante-geral dos SPU Lao Wan Seong fez o balanço da situação da segurança local nos primeiros três trimestres deste ano, e falou da eficácia do funcionamento do sistema “olhos no céu” e da garantia da privacidade das pessoas. O subdirector do DSFSM Kwan Kai Veng referiu que, face a conjuntura cada vez mais complexa, a nível da segurança, as autoridades procuram melhorar o nível do trabalho e dos serviços policiais através da introdução de tecnologias avançadas no policiamento. O subdirector do CPSP Leong Heng Hong mencionou as acções de prevenção da pandemia e do policiamento comunitário, bem como falou da aplicação das normas da Lei do Trânsito Rodoviário.
O subdirector da PJ Chan Kin Hong analisou as tendências da criminalidade nos tempos da pandemia, falou principalmente dos casos em destaque deste ano, como os de pornografia de menores, os associados ao crime sexual com envolvimento de menores e diferentes tipos de burla. Para melhor dar resposta a essas questões, a PJ colabora com as autoridades policiais de outros países para combatê-las, vai intensificar o trabalho de propaganda sobre prevenção criminal em diversos aspectos, para melhorar o sentido de prevenção criminal e de cumprimento da lei entre a população.
