本局領導層帶領人員觀看“國家安全走進校園”網絡圖片展
澳門特區政府舉辦的“國家安全走進校園”網絡圖片展網站已於2020年4月15日開通，為使本局人員加深瞭解國家當前最新的安全形勢和發展，積極做好維護國家安全的工作，本局於4月20日下午舉行“國家安全走進校園”網絡圖片展導覽講解會，局方領導層和各部門主管人員等一同出席。
講解會於本局總部大樓舉行，薛仲明局長、杜淑森和陳堅雄兩位副局長帶領各部門主管，在司法警察學校孫錦輝校長導覽下一同觀看圖片展，深入瞭解“總體國家安全觀”的內涵、環球安全局勢變化對國家安全的影響，以及國家和澳門在維護國家安全方面的法制、體制及機制建設等情況。導覽講解會結束後，一眾主管與轄下部門人員分享、交流觀看心得和體會。
隨後，薛仲明局長為導覽講解會進行總結，講解國家安全對澳門的發展、社會安全和穩定的重要性，並介紹各項維護國家安全的工作，勉勵同事們迎難而上，同心同德，堅守使命，為守護好國家和澳門的安全和穩定作出承擔。
“國家安全，全民有責”，司法警察局作為刑事警察機關，一直堅定履行法定職責，不斷強化執法力量，堅決維護國家和澳門特區的總體安全。
為配合目前特區政府的防疫部署，此次觀展活動是在充分做好防疫措施的情況下進行。

Judiciary Police Directorate led officers to visit the “Introduction of National Security in Schools” Virtual Photo Exhibition
The Macao SAR Government launched the “Introduction of National Security in Schools” Virtual Photo Exhibition website on 15th April 2020. In order to deepen the understanding of the Judiciary Police officers on the current and latest national security trends and developments, actively implement the task of safeguarding national security, on the afternoon of 20th April 2020, the Judiciary Police held an explanatory session for a guided tour of the Virtual Photo Exhibition, with the Judiciary Police Directorate and heads of departments/divisions attending the event.
The session took place in the Judiciary Police headquarters. Director Sit Chong Meng, Deputy Directors Tou Sok Sam and Chan Kin Hong of the Judiciary Police led the heads of departments/divisions to view the Photo Exhibition together, under the guidance of Director of the Judiciary Police School Suen Kam Fai, gaining deep insights into the meaning of “an overall concept on national security”, the influence of the changes of global security situations on national security, as well as the situations of the constructions of the legal systems, institutional set-ups and mechanisms of our nation and Macao in the aspect of safeguarding national security. Subsequent to the session, the heads and officers of departments/divisions shared and exchanged their thoughts and experiences on the exhibition.
Subsequently, Director Sit Chong Meng concluded for the explanatory session of the guided tour, explaining the importance of national security to the development, social security and stability of Macao, introducing the various tasks on safeguarding national security, encouraging colleagues to grasp the nettle, shoulder to shoulder, live up to our missions, undertake the responsibility to safeguard the security and stability of our nation and Macao.
“National security is the responsibility of all.” As a criminal police agency, the Judiciary Police has all along robustly performed its statutory duties, kept on strengthening the capabilities of law enforcement, determined to maintain the overall security of our nation and Macao SAR.
In coordination with the SAR Government’s current anti-epidemic strategy, this exhibition activity was conducted with adequate preventive measures in place.

A direccao liderou o pessoal da PJ para assistir à Exposição Fotográfica Online “Introdução da Segurança Nacional nas Escolas”
A Exposição Fotográfica Online “Introdução da Segurança Nacional nas Escolas” realizada pelo Governo da RAEM foi aberta no dia 15 de Abril de 2020. No sentido de aprofundar o conhecimento do nosso pessoal acerca das conjunturas e desenvolvimento em materia de segurança mais actual do nosso País, e de ser activa em realizar bem o trabalho de salvaguarda da segurança nacional. Na parte da tarde do dia 20 de Abril, realizou-se na PJ uma sessão de esclarecimento e visita guiada à Exposição Fotográfica Online “Introdução da Segurança Nacional nas Escolas”, a direcção da PJ e o pessoal de chefia dos diversos serviços subordinados, entre outros, marcaram presença na ocasião.
Realizou-se a sessão de esclarecimento no Edifício Sede da PJ, o director da PJ, Sit Chong Meng, a subdirectora, Tou Sok Sam e o subdirector, Chan Kin Hong lideraram as chefias dos diversos serviços subordinados a assitirem à exposição fotográfica guiada pelo director da Escola de Polícia Judiciária, Suen Kam Fai, com o intuito de conhecer profundamente o conteúdo do “Conceito Geral da Segurança Nacional”, a influência sobre a segurança nacional face à mudança na conjuntura mundial de segurança, bem como o desenvolvimento do sistema jurídico, da estrutura e do mecanismo no âmbito da defesa da segurança nacional do País e da RAEM. Após a sessão de esclarecimento e visita guiada, as chefias partilharam e trocaram com o pessoal dos serviços subordinados as experiências adquiridas e conclusões obtidas depois de ter assistido à exposição.
Em seguida, o director da PJ, Sit Chong Meng, fez um balanço sobre a sessão de esclarecimento e visita guiada, explicou a importância da segurança nacional para o desenvolvimento, a segurança da sociedade e a estabilidade de Macau, introduziu ainda as diversas tarefas a nível da salvaguarda da segurança nacional, encorajou os colegas a seguirem sempre em frente perante as dificuldades, trabalharem juntos com um só coração, aderirem à sua missão, assumindo a responsabilidade na salvaguarda da segurança e da estabilidade do País e de Macau.
“A segurança nacional é responsabilidade e dever de todos os chineses”, como um órgão de polícia criminal, a Polícia Judiciária tem cumprido as suas atribuições legais com firmeza, melhora continuamente as forças na execução da lei, defendendo com determinação a segurança geral do Estado e da RAEM.
Em articulação com o actual planeamento da prevenção de epidemia do Governo da RAEM, a presente actividade foi realizada com medidas de prevenção tomadas de forma plena.
