中國人民公安大學與司法警察局簽署合作紀要
2019年3月28日下午，由中國人民公安大學黨委書記樊京玉率領的教育代表團一行八人，在中聯辦警務聯絡部副部長級助理羅智龍及助理黃凱令的陪同下到訪司法警察局，受到副局長杜淑森、刑事技術廳廳長趙德欽、司法警察學校校長孫錦輝、社區警務及公共關係處處長鄭寶湘等人員的熱情接待。
代表團一行與本局人員進行座談，並就推動警務交流及警察教育合作簽署了會談紀要；代表團一行並參觀了本局刑事技術廳、電腦法證處、多媒體展覽廳、槍械管理及訓練科和新聞發佈室等設施。
代表團成員還包括中國人民公安大學組織人事處處長楊勇、外事辦公室主任劉東華、偵查與反恐怖學院院長陳剛、公安管理學院院長朱旭東、國際警務執法學院院長王莉、警體戰訓學院院長吳益跟和外事辦公室副主任科員劉葉子。

The People’s Public Security University of China and the Judiciary Police signed cooperative minutes
On the afternoon of 28th March 2019, an educational delegation of 8 persons led by Secretary of Party Committee Fan Jingyu of the People’s Public Security University of China, accompanied by the Assistant to the Deputy Director of the Police Liaison Department of the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government Luo Zhilong, and Assistant Huang Kailing, visited the Judiciary Police. They were warmly received by personnel of the Judiciary Police including Deputy Director Carmen Tou, Head of Forensic Science Department Chio Tak Iam, Head of Judiciary Police School Suen Kam Fai, Head of Community Policing and Public Relations Division Cheang Pou Seong, etc..
A meeting was conducted between the delegation and the Judiciary Police personnel, while minutes of discussion regarding the cooperation on the advancement of policing exchange and police education were signed. The delegation also visited and observed our facilities such as the Forensic Science Department, Computer Forensic Division, Multi-media Exhibition Room, Firearms Management and Training Section as well as Press Release Room.
The delegation also consisted of members from the People’s Public Security University of China including the Head of Organisational Human Resources Division Yang Yong, Administrator of Foreign Affairs Office Liu Donghua, Dean of Faculty of Investigation and Anti-Terrorism Chen Gang, Dean of Faculty of Public Security Management Zhu Xudong, Dean of Faculty of International Policing Law Enforcement Wang Li, Dean of Faculty of Police Physical and Strategic Training Wu Yigen and Officer to the Deputy Administrator of Foreign Affairs Office Liu Yezi.

Assinatura de um Memorando de cooperação pela Universidade Popular de Segurança Pública da China e Polícia Judiciária
Na tarde de 28 de Março de 2019, uma delegação educativa de oito pessoas, liderada pelo Secretário do Partido Comunista da Universidade Popular de Segurança Pública da China, Fan Jingyu, e acompanhada por Luo Zhilong e Huang Kailing, adjunto (a nível do Director-Geral Adjunto) e adjunta dos Serviços de Ligação para os Assuntos Policiais do Gabinete de Ligação do Governo Popular Central na RAEM, efectuou uma visita à Polícia Judiciária, onde foi calorosamente recebida pela nossa subdirectora, Tou Sok Sam, o chefe do Departamento de Ciência Forenses, Chio Tak Iam, o director da Escola de Polícia Judiciária, Suen Kam Fai, e o chefe da Divisão de Ligação entre Polícia e Comunidade e Relações Públicas, Cheang Pou Seong.
A delegação e o nosso pessoal reuniram-se e assinaram um memorando de cooperação para promover o intercâmbio e a educação policiais. Depois houve uma visita a várias instalações da PJ, tais como o Departamento de Ciências Forenses, a Divisão de Informática Forense, a sala de exposição multimédia, a Secção de Gestão e Treino de Armas de Fogo e a sala de conferências de imprensa.
A delegação era também composta pelo chefe da Divisão de Organização e Pessoal da Universidade Popular de Segurança Pública da China, Yang Yong, o chefe do Gabinete de Assuntos Externos, Liu Donghua, o director da Faculdade de Investigação e Anti-Terrorismo, Chen Gang, o director da Faculdade de Gestão de Segurança Pública, Zhu Xudong, a directora da Faculdade de Assuntos Policiais Internacionais, Wang Li, o director da Faculdade de Treinos de Educação Física e Táctica Policiais, Wu Yigen, e a subchefe do Gabinete de Assuntos Externos, Liu Yezi.
