兩內地男子涉不法經營線上博彩落網
2026年10月10日，本局接獲舉報，指有人在氹仔區一娛樂場進行俗稱“電投”的不法經營線上幸運博彩犯罪活動。本局博彩罪案調查處人員隨即展開行動，在該娛樂場截獲兩名涉案內地男子，並帶返本局作進一步調查。
調查顯示，案發當日兩名涉案男子一同進入上述娛樂場。其中一名涉案男子將手機放置在一件經改裝的黑色上衣內，透過上衣預留的小孔對準賭枱進行偷拍，並藉藍牙耳機接收在逃涉案人的指示進行投注；另一名涉案男子負責記帳及保管贏取的籌碼。
本局人員在其中一名涉案男子身上搜獲一件改裝上衣、三部手機、一套藍牙接收器連耳機、兩張“路紙”、一張會員卡及7.5萬港元籌碼；在另一名涉案男子身上搜獲一部手機、一張會員卡及7萬港元籌碼。兩人獲取的不法利益金額仍在調查中。
本局根據調查所得，以不法經營線上幸運博彩或線上互相博彩罪將兩名涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦，並將繼續追查在逃涉案人。
Two Mainland men arrested for illegal operation of online gaming
On 10th October 2026, the Judiciary Police received a complaint alleging that someone had been engaging in illegal operation of online games of fortune criminal activities (so-called “proxy betting”) at a casino in Taipa district. The Gaming-related Crimes Division personnel of the Judiciary Police immediately launched an operation and intercepted the two involved Mainland men at the casino. They were subsequently brought back to the Judiciary Police for further investigation.
Investigation revealed that the two involved men entered the aforementioned casino together on the day of the incident. One of the involved men placed his mobile phone inside a modified black shirt, aimed it at the gambling table to conduct covert filming through a small hole pre-cut in his shirt, and received instructions from the involved individual at large via a Bluetooth earpiece to place bets, while another involved man was responsible for maintaining the betting records and safekeeping the gaming chips won.
The Judiciary Police personnel found one of the involved men in possession of a modified shirt, three mobile phones, 1 set of Bluetooth receiver and earpiece, two pieces of “score paper”, 1 membership card and HKD75,000 in gaming chips, while seizing a mobile phone, 1 membership card and HKD70,000 in gaming chips from another involved man. The amount of illicit gains obtained by the two individuals is still under investigation.
Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the two involved men to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of illegal operation of online games of fortune or online mutual gaming, while continuing to pursue the involved individual at large.
