本澳女子涉傷人及持禁用武器被捕
2026年10月9日，本局接獲仁伯爵綜合醫院通知，指一名男子從路環某住宅單位送院後證實死亡，要求本局跟進調查。
本局第一統籌科接手調查，死者與涉案本澳女子為夫妻關係，兩人一同住在上址單位。10月9日凌晨，兩人因1萬元債務在廳間發生爭執及打鬥。死者曾襲擊涉案女子，涉案女子隨後反擊。其間死者不適倒地，涉案女子見狀隨即報警求助。
本局啟動嚴重案件現場勘查機制，發現單位內曾有打鬥痕跡，並檢獲一枝健身棒及兩把菜刀。死者身上有多處非致命淺表損傷，因過往有心臟病史，確切死因待法醫檢定。涉案女子手部輕微挫傷，拒絕送院驗傷。
綜合調查所得，本局以普通傷害身體完整性罪結合因結果之加重情節，以及生產、持有或使用禁用武器或相關物品罪，將涉案女子移送檢察院偵辦。
Local woman arrested for physical assault and possessing prohibited weapon
The Conde S. Januário Hospital informed the Judiciary Police on 9th October 2026 that a man had been transported to the hospital from a residential apartment in Coloane and subsequently certified dead, requesting follow-up investigation by the Judiciary Police.
During their investigation, the 1st Section of Coordination of the Judiciary Police found that the deceased and the involved woman were a married couple, who had cohabited in the said apartment. During the wee hours of October 9th, the couple got into an argument and fight in the living room over a debt of $10,000. The deceased had attacked the involved woman, who then fought back. The deceased, feeling unwell, then fell to the ground. At the sight of this, the involved woman instantly reported to the police.
Launching the crime scene investigation mechanism for serious crimes, the Judiciary Police found signs of fighting in the apartment, where they seized a fitness stick and two chopping knives. Several non-fatal superficial injuries were found on the deceased’s body. The cause of death was yet to be determined by a forensic examiner in view of his history of heart disease. The involved woman, whose hand was mildly bruised, refused to be sent to the hospital for examination.
Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved woman to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charges of common assault causing harm to bodily integrity, combined with the aggravated circumstances of the offence, and production, possession or use of prohibited weapon or related item.
