內地男子涉欺詐性賭博被拘
2026年10月7日下午，本局博彩罪案調查處接獲澳門區一娛樂場通知，稱截獲一名在場內以欺詐手法賭博的內地男子。本局人員經調查後在其身上檢獲懷疑犯罪所得的3,500港元現金。
調查顯示，涉案男子於2026年10月6日晚在場內角子機賭博期間，多次在開彩後以腳抵住角子機機門，令機器誤認為故障並判定該局結果無效，從而將其本該輸掉的賭注退回到其賭博餘額內，導致娛樂場損失至少13,800港元，而涉案男子以上述手法贏得的金額則有待點算。
本局根據調查所得，以欺詐性賭博罪將涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Mainland man arrested for fraudulent gamblin
On the afternoon of 7th October 2026, the Gaming-related Crimes Division of the Judiciary Police was notified by a casino in Macao district, alleging that a mainland man was intercepted for fraudulent gambling inside the casino. Upon investigation, the Judiciary Police officers seized suspected illicit proceeds of HKD3,500 in cash from him.
Investigation revealed that on the night of 6th October 2026 when the involved man was gambling at a slot machine in the casino, he repeatedly used his foot to press against the slot machine door after the results were revealed, leading the machine to identify a malfunction, rule results as invalid and return the bets, which should have been gambled away, to his gambling balance. At least HKD13,800 of loss was incurred to the casino, while the amount won by the involved man using the aforementioned trick was still under calculation.
Based on investigative results, the involved man was transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office with the charge of fraudulent gambling.
