六內地漢涉禁錮就逮
2026年10月6日晚，一名女子向本局報稱其朋友正被多名男子禁錮在新口岸區一酒店房間內，有組織罪案調查處經調查後鎖定涉案酒店房間，成功救出事主並截獲六名涉案內地男子。
調查顯示，事主於2026年9月28日上午，在新口岸區一娛樂場門外被首名涉案男子搭訕，對方遊說其提供內地銀行帳戶協助接收人民幣轉帳，以便透過找換店將款項兌成港元，並承諾事成後給予收款額百分之五作為報酬。翌日凌晨，事主協助對方接收10萬元人民幣，獲5千港元報酬。同日下午，事主於涉案房間內再次協助接收10萬元人民幣轉帳，隨後帳戶遭凍結而無法提款，首名涉案男子遂召來五名同黨一起禁錮事主，直至帳戶解凍方准其離開。其間事主被禁錮時間長達7天，直到本局人員接報到場將其解救。
本局根據調查所得，以剝奪他人行動自由罪將六名涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續就案件進行深入調查。
Six Mainland men arrested for false imprisonment
On the night of 6th October 2026, a woman reported to the Judiciary Police that her friend had been held captive by several men in a hotel room in ZAPE district. Subsequent to investigation, the Organized Crime Division identified the involved hotel room, successfully rescued the victim and seized six involved Mainland men.
Investigation revealed that on the morning of 28th September 2026, the victim was approached by the first involved man outside the entrance of a casino in ZAPE district, who persuaded him to provide his Mainland bank account to assist in receiving RMB transfers, so that the funds could be exchanged for HKD at a currency exchange shop. The first involved man promised to pay the victim 5% of the amount received as a reward once the transaction was completed. Early the following morning, the victim assisted the first involved man in receiving RMB100,000 and was rewarded HKD5,000 in return. On the afternoon of the same day, the victim once again assisted in receiving a transfer of RMB100,000 in the involved hotel room. Subsequently, the victim’s account was frozen, thereby preventing the withdrawal of the funds. The first involved man then summoned five accomplices to jointly detain the victim until the account was unfrozen, at which point the victim was allowed to leave. During this period, the victim was held captive for as long as seven days until the Judiciary Police personnel arrived at the scene upon receiving the report and rescued him.
Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the six involved men to the Public Prosecutions Office for investigation on the charge of deprivation of others’ freedom of movement, while continuing to conduct an in-depth investigation into the case.
