本局偵破加重毀損案 內地男子被拘
2026年9月27日中午，本局接獲治安警察局通知，指路氹城區某酒店內一店舖的玻璃大門被人以硬物擊毀，要求本局跟進調查。
本局高度重視案件，接報後迅速派員跟進。經了解，一名內地男子於同日中午到達該店門外，從背包內取出磚頭大力敲擊玻璃大門；磚頭破裂後，再取出長條形硬物，脫下外衣包裹該硬物繼續敲擊，約數分鐘後離去，導致玻璃大門出現明顯破壞痕跡。經店舖初步估算，損失約30萬澳門元。
經本局第三統籌科深入調查跟進，迅速查明涉案男子身份，惟其作案後已即時逃離澳門。至2026年10月3日，該名男子經青茂口岸入境本澳時被截獲，並送交本局調查。
調查顯示，涉案男子案發前獨自前往筷子基區一廢物回收店外，撿取一支約30公分長的鐵棒，再到氹仔賽馬會附近撿取一塊磚頭，隨後帶同上述工具到達該店舖進行破壞。有關其犯案動機，本局正深入調查。
本局根據調查所得，以加重毀損罪將涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Aggravated sabotage solved, mainland man arrested
At noon on 27th September 2026, the Public Security Police Force notified the Judiciary Police that the glass door of a shop in a Cotai hotel had been smashed with a hard object, requesting the Judiciary Police to follow up with an investigation.
The Judiciary Police attached great importance to the case and swiftly dispatched personnel to follow up upon receiving the report. It was learnt that a mainland man arrived outside the shop at noon on the same day, took a brick out of his backpack and struck the glass door forcefully. After the brick broke, he took out a long hard object, took off his jacket to wrap around the hard object and continued striking. Around a few minutes later, he left the scene, resulting in obvious damage marks on the glass door. According to the shop’s preliminary estimate, the loss was approximately MOP300,000.
After an in-depth investigation and follow-up by the Third Section of Coordination of the Judiciary Police, the identity of the involved man was swiftly ascertained, though he had fled Macao immediately after committing the crime. On 3rd October 2026, the man was intercepted upon entering Macao via the Qingmao Port and handed over to the Judiciary Police for investigation.
The investigation showed that, before the incident, the involved man went alone to the outside of a waste recycling shop in the Fai Chi Kei district to pick up an iron rod about 30 centimetres long, then picked up a brick near the Taipa Jockey Club, and subsequently brought the aforementioned tools to the shop to carry out the vandalism. Regarding his motive for committing the crime, the Judiciary Police is conducting an in-depth investigation.
Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office on the charge of aggravated sabotage.
Resolvido um caso de dano qualificado, detido um homem do Interior da China
Ao meio dia de 27 de Setembro de 2026, a PJ foi informada pelo CPSP de que a porta de vidro de uma loja situado num hotel na zona do Cotai tinha sido danificada com recurso a objectos duros, solicitando o acompanhamento e investigação por parte desta Polícia.
A PJ atribuiu grande importância ao caso, tendo enviado rapidamente investigadores para o acompanhamento. Apurou-se que um homem do continente chegou à porta da referida loja, ao meio dia do mesmo dia, retirou da mochila um tijolo e bateu com muita força contra a porta de vidro. Após o tijolo se ter partido, o homem retirou novamente um objecto duro de formato alongado, despiu o casaco para o envolver e continuou a bater. Alguns minutos depois, foi-se embora. O acto causou danos visíveis na porta de vidro. Segundo a estimativa preliminar da loja, os prejuízos sofridos seriam de cerca de 300 mil patacas.
Após uma investigação aprofundada da 3.ª Secção de Coordenação da PJ, conseguiu-se uma rápida identificação do suspeito. No entanto, este fugiu de Macau imediatamente após a prática do crime. No dia 3 de Outubro de 2026, ao entrar em Macau através do Posto Fronteiriço de Qingmao, o suspeito foi interceptado e encaminhado para a PJ para investigação.
De acordo com a investigação, antes de cometer o crime, o suspeito deslocou-se sozinho à zona de Fai Chi Kei, onde recolheu uma barra de ferro com cerca de 30 cm de comprimento junto a uma loja de reciclagem de resíduos. Em seguida, deslocou-se às proximidades de Jockey Club, na Taipa, onde recolheu um tijolo levando depois os referidos objectos para fazer o dano na loja. A PJ está a efectuar uma investigação aprofundada sobre o motivo do crime.
Com base no resultado da investigação, o suspeito foi presente ao Ministério Público por dano qualificado.
