司警局偵破院舍性侵及偷拍案 本地男舍監被拘
2026年9月30日晚上，本局接獲本澳某兒童青少年院舍負責人、社會工作局社工及一名男童的母親報案。案情顯示，該名男童自2026年6月起因家庭原因入住該院舍。男童於8月28日向母親透露，在過往四晚睡覺期間，被院舍男舍監（即涉案本澳男子）伸手觸摸其私處。母親知悉事件後立即向院舍反映，經社工局即時介入跟進後，決定到本局報案追究。
鑑於案件性質惡劣，本局高度重視，第一統籌科即時展開調查，於2026年10月1日下午在院舍內尋獲涉案男子，並將其帶返本局調查。經綜合調查及分析，有強烈跡象顯示該涉案男子曾對被害人實施性侵犯。與此同時，本局在涉案男子手提電話內發現37段偷拍多名未成年男院友洗澡的片段，當中包括案中被害人。
經邀請多名院舍男童及家長到本局協助調查，確認相關偷拍片段最少涉及另外4名男童。本局已成功聯絡當中3名男童及家長到本局協助調查，3人均表示除被偷錄洗澡外，沒有遭受涉案男子其他形式的性侵害，但3名男童的家長均要求追究作案人的刑事責任。本局將繼續深入調查，不排除尚有其他被害人。
本局以對被容留者之性侵犯罪及侵入私人生活罪，將涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Judiciary Police busts a case of sexual assault and clandestine photography in care home, arresting a local male warden
The person-in-charge of a local children’s and youth home, a social worker of the Social Welfare Bureau and a boy’s mother reported to the Judiciary Police on the evening of 30th September 2026 that the boy, having stayed at the home since June 2026 due to family reasons, confided to his mother on August 28th that the male warden of the home (i.e. the involved local man) had touched his private parts while he was sleeping on the previous four nights. The mother immediately complained to the home about the matter and decided to report to the Judiciary Police with the prompt intervention of the Social Welfare Bureau.
Owing to its horrendous nature, the Judiciary Police attached great importance to the case. The 1st Section of Coordination promptly launched investigation, locating the involved man at the home and taking him in for investigation on the afternoon of 1st October 2026. Integrated investigation and analysis led to compelling indications that the involved man had sexually assaulted the victim. Meanwhile, the Judiciary Police found 37 secretly recorded video clips of underage male residents of the home showering, including the victim of this case.
Several boys staying at the home and their parents were invited to the Judiciary Police to assist in investigation, confirming that the video clips involved at least four other boys, three of whom and their parents had been successfully contacted and summoned to the Judiciary Police to assist in investigation. The trio stated that apart from being clandestinely filmed during shower, they had not suffered sexual assault of any form by the involved man. Despite this, the three boys’ parents demanded to pursue the perpetrator’s criminal responsibility. The Judiciary Police, not having ruled out the possibility of other victims, will continue with its in-depth investigation.
The involved man was transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charges of sexual assault against a sheltered person and invasion of private life.
A PJ desmantelou um caso de abuso sexual e filmagens clandestinas num lar e deteve um supervisor
Na noite de 30 de Setembro de 2026, a PJ recebeu a denúncia feita pelo responsável do lar de crianças e jovens de Macau, a assistente social do Instituto de Acção Social (IAS) e a mãe de um menino. Na investigação, ficou apurado que o menino entrou naquela instituição em Junho de 2026 por motivos familiares. Em 28 de Agosto, o mesmo contou à mãe que, nas quatro noites anteriores, o supervisor do lar (o homem local envolvido no caso) lhe tinha tocado nas partes íntimas enquanto dormia. Ao tomar conhecimento do incidente, a mãe comunicou-o de imediato à instituição. E após a intervenção e o acompanhamento imediatos do IAS, decidiu apresentar queixa à PJ.
Dada a natureza hedionda do caso, a PJ atribuiu-lhe grande importância, tendo a 1.a Secção de Coordenação iniciado imediatamente uma investigação. Na tarde do dia 1 de Outubro de 2026, o homem foi retirado do lar e encaminhado para as instalações da PJ para fins de investigação. Depois de investigar e análisar, havia fortes indícios de que o homem tinha cometido actos de abuso sexual contra a vítima. Ao mesmo tempo, foram ainda encontrados no telemóvel do suspeito 37 vídeos gravados secretamente de vários menores acolhidos no lar, a tomar banho, incluindo a vítima deste caso.
Após ter convidado vários meninos do lar e os respectivos encarregados de educação a comparecerem nesta Polícia para colaborar na investigação, confirmou-se que as gravações filmadas clandestinamente envolvem, pelo menos, mais quatro meninos. A PJ conseguiu contactar três deles e os seus encarregados de educação a fim de colaborarem na investigação desta Polícia. Os três afirmaram que, para além de terem sido filmados secretamente enquanto tomavam banho, não sofreram qualquer outra forma de abuso sexual por parte do suspeito. No entanto, os encarregados de educação dos três meninos exigiram responsabilização criminal ao autor do crime. A PJ dará continuidade à investigação, não descartando a possibilidade de haver outras vítimas.
O detido foi presente ao Ministério Público acusado de crimes de abuso sexual de pessoa internada e devassa da vida privada.
