緬甸籍女傭涉加重盜竊及詐騙被拘
2026年9月26日，本澳男事主發現其放在家中客廳的財物不翼而飛，同時房間衣櫃內的其中一個抽屜鎖芯損毀，經檢查後發現存放在抽屜內以及家中不同位置的多件首飾及財物失竊，隨即查問任職其家傭的涉案緬甸籍女子。涉案女子承認盜竊並已將贓物典當，即時向事主返還6,000澳門元現金。事主於9月29日向本局報案求助。
本局第四統籌科經調查後，於同日上午在勞務公司截獲涉案女子，檢獲2026年8月至9月期間的6張押票，隨後在押店內起回14件約值2.1萬澳門元的贓物，包括金飾、吊墜及戒指等。經查，涉案女子於2026年7月獲聘，翌月開始盜竊事主的財物並將之典當，典當所得約2萬澳門元，分別用於匯款回鄉、賭博以及返還予事主。
本局根據調查所得，以加重盜竊及詐騙等罪將涉案女子移送檢察院偵辦。
Myanmar maid arrested for aggravated theft and fraud
On 26th September 2026, the local male victim found that the properties he placed in the living room had gone missing, and the lock cylinder of one of the wardrobe drawers in the room was damaged, thus checked and found that multiple pieces of jewellery and properties placed in the drawer and various locations of his home had been stolen. He immediately inquired the involved Myanmar woman, his domestic helper, who admitted stealing and pawning the properties, and immediately repaid MOP 6,000 in cash to the victim. The victim reported the case to the Judiciary Police on 29th September 2026.
After investigation, the 4th Section of Coordination of the Judiciary Police intercepted the involved woman at the employment agency on the morning of the same day, seizing 6 pawn tickets dated between August and September 2026, leading to the retrieval of 14 pieces of stolen goods worth around MOP 21,000 including gold ornaments, pendants and rings in the pawn shop. Investigation revealed that the involved woman was hired in July 2026 and had started to steal and pawn the victim’s properties since the following month. Around MOP 20,000 obtained from pawning the goods had been respectively remitted to her hometown, gambled away and repaid to the victim.
Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved woman to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of aggravated theft and fraud.
