涉偷運液態可卡因 玻利維亞籍女子落網
日前本局毒品罪案調查處人員根據情報結合風險排查，鎖定一名將於2026年9月20日晚從東南亞地區飛抵本澳的可疑女子，遂展開部署，並在澳門海關配合下，於當晚涉案玻利維亞籍女子飛抵澳門並提取寄艙行李後進行截查，在行李箱內檢獲多件重量異常的衣物。經剪開衣物檢查，本局人員發現其中6件上衣及5條長褲的夾層內藏有可疑液體，有關液體盛載及密封於透明膠袋內，以膠水黏貼在衣物夾層後再透過針線縫合復原衣物外觀。經手提快速驗毒機及本局刑事技術廳進行緊急化驗，證實上述液體為共重3,954.5克的毒品可卡因，約值1,180萬澳門元。此外，本局發現上述液態可卡因會隨時間逐步凝固，經過約12小時後會變成膏狀，部分再經過6小時後更轉變成結塊狀粉末。
經查，涉案女子在其原居地受販毒集團招攬，於南美洲接收上述毒品後取道東南亞飛往本澳，再等待指示將毒品轉運鄰近地區，倘若事成可獲5,000美元報酬。
本局根據調查所得，以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪將涉案女子移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續追緝其餘在逃涉案人。
Bolivian woman arrested for smuggling liquid cocaine
Integrating intelligence with risk assessment earlier, the Narcotics Division officers of the Judiciary Police identified a suspicious woman arriving in Macao by air from Southeast Asia on the evening of 20th September 2026. Deployment was made, with the cooperation of Macao Customs Service, to intercept the involved Bolivian woman arriving in Macao that evening and retrieve her checked baggage, in which several garments of unusual weights were seized. The Judiciary Police officers cut open the garments, only to find six of the tops and five pants were interlayered with a suspicious liquid contained and sealed in plastic bags glued to the garment interlayer, which was then sewn back to restore the original appearance of the garment. Emergency examination using the rapid portable drug detector and by the Forensic Examination Department of the Judiciary Police confirmed that the said liquid was the drug cocaine, collectively weighing 3,954.5 grams and valued at about MOP 11.8 million. The Judiciary Police also found that the said liquid cocaine solidified gradually and turned into a paste after about 12 hours; some even formed clumps of powder after another 6 hours.
The involved woman was found to have been recruited by a drug trafficking syndicate in her home country. She had collected the drug in South America and, via Southeast Asia, travelled to Macao by air, where she was to wait for instructions to transport the drug to neighbouring regions for a reward of USD 5,000 upon completion.
Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved woman to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charge of illegal trafficking of narcotics and psychotropic substances, while continuing to pursue the remaining involved persons.
