內地漢涉殺人未遂及高利貸被拘
2026年9月17日凌晨，本局接獲治安警察局轉交一宗持刀傷人案。案情顯示，涉案內地男子於今年8月結識內地男事主後，曾借款1.5萬港元予對方賭博，其後一直未能成功追討欠款。9月16日晚，兩人相約到中區一食肆用膳，因商談債務未果，遂轉往附近另一食肆門外繼續商討。其間涉案男子不滿對方態度，故衝入食肆廚房內奪去一柄菜刀，往對方頭部及上半身狂砍致其身體多處受傷，事主則以木凳還擊。涉案男子被迫退後迅速逃走，食肆職員報警求助，事主其後被送院救治。
本局第一統籌科展開調查，於9月17日早上在新口岸區緝獲涉案男子，並查知其處於逾期逗留狀態。
本局根據調查所得，以殺人未遂罪，生產、持有或使用禁用的武器或相關物品罪，以及為賭博的不法借貸罪將涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦，並就其逾期留澳另立案卷調查。
Mainland man apprehended for attempted homicide and usury
On the early morning of 17th September 2026, the Judiciary Police received a stabbing case from the Public Security Police Force. Case details revealed that after the involved mainland man had got acquainted with the mainland victim in August this year, he had lent HKD15,000 to the opposite party for gambling, yet he failed to get back the arrears afterwards. On the night of September 16th, the duo arranged to meet at a restaurant in the Central district for dinner. Since they failed to reach an agreement on debt repayment, they subsequently switched to the entrance of another restaurant nearby to continue their negotiation, during which the involved man was dissatisfied with the attitude of the opposite party, he thus dashed into the kitchen of the restaurant to snatch a chopper, slashing the head and upper body of the opposite party wildly, and causing multiple injuries to his body. The victim hit back with a wooden chair, forcing the involved man to move back and flee swiftly. The restaurant staff reported to the police for help, while the victim was then sent to the hospital for treatment.
The First Section of Coordination of the Judiciary Police initiated investigation, with the involved man intercepted in the ZAPE district on the morning of September 17th. Investigation revealed that he was overstaying.
Based on investigative results, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of attempted homicide, production, possession or use of prohibited weapon or related items and illicit money lending for gambling, while a separate case file was opened to investigate his overstaying.
