本澳男子涉嚴重傷人被拘
2026年9月1日上午，本局第一統籌科接獲治安警察局轉交一宗發生在高地烏街一學校內的傷人案件，隨即展開調查。經了解，涉案本澳男子於該校就讀中學二年級時，曾被擔任其班主任的事主批評而感委屈及厭惡，當其得知事主將擔任其中學六年級班主任後，因擔心會被針對，故決定施襲，企圖令對方不能再擔任其班主任或使自己被停學。9月1日早上，涉案男子先到學校附近超市購買一瓶通渠水並藏在背包內，其後在課室外徘徊，待事主進入課室後即尾隨對方，並從背包內取出通渠水向對方潑灑，導致對方面部和身體多處重傷，過程中涉案男子雙手亦告受傷。事主遇襲後立即逃走及呼救，有教師趕到現場協助處理及報警，其後兩人被送院救治。
本局根據調查所得，以嚴重傷害身體完整性（加重情節）罪將涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Local man apprehended for serious assault
On the morning of 1st September 2026, the First Section of Coordination of the Judiciary Police received a case of assault which had taken place in a school located at Rua de Pedro Coutinho from the Public Security Police Force, and investigation was initiated immediately. It was learnt that when the involved local man was in Form 2 of the same school, he had been criticised by the victim who was then his class teacher, leaving him feeling wronged and disgusted. When he learned that the victim was going to be his Form 6 class teacher, he was worried that the teacher would target him and thus decided to launch an assault, attempting to prevent her from being his class teacher again or get himself suspended. On the morning of September 1st, the involved man purchased a bottle of drain cleaner in a supermarket near the school first and hid it inside his backpack. He then lingered outside the classroom and followed the victim immediately right after she entered the classroom. He took out the drain cleaner from his backpack and splashed it on her, causing serious injuries to her face and multiple parts of her body. During the process, both of the involved man’s hands were also injured. After the assault, the victim fled immediately and cried out for help, with teachers rushing to the scene to assist in handling the situation and calling the police. The duo were then sent to the hospital for treatment.
Based on investigative results, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of serious assault causing harm to bodily integrity (with aggravated circumstances).
