內地漢涉搶劫及不合理持有武器被拘
2026年8月21日傍晚，女事主應約到路氹城區一酒店房間與涉案內地男子進行性交易，其後涉案男子突然亮刀並掐住事主頸項，再以膠紙綑綁其四肢，威脅其交出手機密碼及10萬港元，否則傷害其性命安全，事主因害怕而就範。涉案男子隨即為事主鬆綁並將其帶到娛樂場內，以事主手機銀行帳戶轉帳8萬多元人民幣予從事不法匯兌的人士而兌得的9萬港元籌碼，連同迫令事主交出的1萬港元籌碼，即合共10萬港元籌碼進行賭博，最終全數輸清。其後涉案男子訛稱同意將上述10萬港元當作賭債，着事主不要報警，雙方遂各自離開。直至8月23日事主向朋友提及事件，在其協助下報警求助。案件由治安警察局轉交本局第四統籌科跟進。
經查，本局人員在涉案酒店房間內檢獲一柄水果刀，並查悉涉案男子於作案當日下午在氹仔區一超市購入涉案刀具及膠紙。
本局根據調查所得，以搶劫罪及不合理持有武器及其他工具罪將涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Mainland man nabbed for robbery and unjustifiable possession of weapon
On the evening of 21st August 2026, the female victim agreed to meet the involved mainland man at a hotel room in the Cotai district for sexual services. Subsequently, the involved man suddenly pulled out a knife, grabbed her by the neck, and bound her limbs with adhesive tape, threatening to endanger her life unless she handed over her phone passcode and HKD100,000. Terrified, the victim complied. The involved man immediately untied the victim and brought her to a casino. Using her mobile banking account, he transferred over RMB80,000 to an individual engaged in illegal currency exchange for HKD90,000 worth of chips. Combined with the HKD10,000 worth of chips he had forced the victim to surrender, he gambled with a total of HKD100,000 worth of chips, ultimately losing the entire amount. Afterwards, the involved man falsely claimed that he agreed to treat the aforesaid HKD100,000 as a gambling debt, and told the victim not to call the police, before both departed separately. It was not until August 23rd that the victim mentioned the matter to her friend and, with her friend’s support, reported the case to the police for assistance. The Public Security Police Force then transferred the case to the 4th Section of Coordination of the Judiciary Police for follow-up.
Upon investigation, personnel of the Judiciary Police seized a fruit knife inside the involved hotel room, and it was learnt from investigation that the involved man had purchased both the involved knife and adhesive tape at a supermarket in Taipa that afternoon of the offence.
Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of robbery and unjustifiable possession of weapon and other tools.
