偵破不法經營線上博彩案 六男女落網
2026年8月22日，本局博彩罪案調查處接獲情報，指有人在路氹城區一娛樂場內進行俗稱“電投”的不法經營線上幸運博彩犯罪活動，經部署後採取行動，共截獲五男一女涉案內地人士。
經查，當日凌晨六名涉案人一同進入涉案娛樂場，涉案女子將一個內藏鞋盒的環保袋交給首名涉案男子，盒上以橡皮帶固定一部手機，透過袋上的小孔對準角子機進行偷拍，經通訊軟件向客人直播賭博過程，同時以藍牙耳機接收對方的指示進行投注，其餘四名男同黨則分別負責提供6萬港元角子機現金券賭資、調整直播角度及把風。本局人員在六人身上合共檢獲7部手機、1個經改裝的環保袋連鞋盒及橡皮帶、1副藍牙耳機、2.3萬港元現金，以及3張面值合共67,975港元的角子機現金券，並查悉首名涉案男子曾多次協助同黨作案，共獲得約1,500元人民幣報酬。
本局根據調查所得，以不法經營線上幸運博彩或線上互相博彩罪將六名涉案男女移送檢察院偵辦。
Six men and woman arrested in crackdown of illegal operation of online gaming
On 22nd August 2026, the Gaming-related Crimes Division of the Judiciary Police received intelligence, indicating that someone was engaging in the illegal operation of online games of fortune criminal activities (so-called “proxy betting”) inside a casino. Action was taken after deployment, with a total of 5 male and 1 female involved mainlanders intercepted.
Investigation revealed that the 6 involved persons had entered the involved casino together on the early morning of that day. The involved woman gave a reusable bag with a shoebox hidden inside to the first involved man. A mobile phone was fixed onto the shoebox by a rubber band, targetting at the slot machine via a small hole on the bag for secret filming. He live-streamed the gambling process to the clients via a messaging software, whilst simultaneously receiving instructions from the other party via Bluetooth earbuds to place bets. The remaining 4 male accomplices were responsible for providing slot machine cash vouchers of HKD60,000 as gambling proceeds, adjusting the live-stream angle and acting as a lookout respectively. Personnel of the Judiciary Police seized a total of 7 mobile phones, 1 modified reusable bag with a shoebox and rubber band, 1 pair of Bluetooth earbuds, cash of HKD23,000, as well as 3 slot machine cash vouchers with face value of HKD67,975 in total on the 6 individuals. It was also found that the first involved man had assisted his accomplices in the perpetration on multiple occasions, earning a total remuneration of approximately RMB1,500.
Based on investigative results, the Judiciary Police transferred the 6 involved men and woman to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of illegal operation of online games of fortune or online mutual gaming.
Resolvido um caso de exploração ilícita de jogo de fortuna ou azar online e detidos seis indivíduos de ambos os sexos
Em 22 de Agosto de 2026, a Divisão de Investigação de Crimes relacionados com o Jogo recebeu informações indicando que alguém estava a proceder à exploração ilícita de jogo de fortuna ou azar online (vulgarmente conhecido por “apostas online”), num casino no Cotai. Após planeamento e realização da operação, foram interceptados, no total, cinco homens e uma mulher, todos do Interior da China, envolvidos no caso.
De acordo com a investigação, na madrugada do dia em questão, os seis suspeitos entraram em conjunto no casino. A mulher entregou a um dos suspeitos um saco ecológico contendo uma caixa de sapatos. Um telemóvel, fixado à caixa com uma fita elástica, era direccionado para as máquinas de jogo através de um pequeno orifício no saco, permitindo filmar clandestinamente. Em simultâneo, o telemóvel transmitia em directo o desenrolar do jogo ao cliente através de uma aplicação de comunicação, e eram usados auscultadores bluetooth para receber as instruções do cliente sobre como efectuar as apostas. Os outros quatro cúmplices, do sexo masculino, eram responsáveis por fornecer vouchers em numerário para apostas em slot machine no valor de 60.000 HKD, ajustar o ângulo da transmissão em directo e assegurar a função de vigilância. Os nossos agentes apreenderam na posse dos seis suspeitos, sete telemóveis no total, um saco ecológico modificado contendo uma caixa de sapatos e fita elástica, um par de auscultadores bluetooth, 23.000 HKD em numerário, bem como três vouchers em numerário para slot machine, no valor total de 67.975 HKD. Foi ainda apurado que o primeiro suspeito já tinha auxiliado repetidamente os seus cúmplices na prática de crimes, tendo recebido, no total, cerca 1.500 RMB em recompensas.
Com base no que foi apurado na investigação, os seis detidos foram presentes ao Ministério Público pela prática de exploração ilícita de jogo de fortuna ou azar online ou de aposta mútua online.
