內地婦涉加重盜竊就逮
2026年7月31日，本局接獲治安警察局轉交一宗加重盜竊案。案情顯示，內地男事主於2026年7月15日在路氹城區一娛樂場內結識一名內地女子，其後邀請對方入住其酒店房間，兩人偶有結伴外出或在房間內休息，其間事主曾在睡前將一枚價值150,500港元的腕錶脫下並放在床頭櫃上。7月17日兩人分別離開。直至7月31日，事主將故障的腕錶帶到本澳經銷商維修，經檢查後得悉該腕錶為贋品，懷疑遭上述女子以假換真盜去，遂報警求助。
本局第二統籌科展開調查，鎖定涉案內地女子身分並於2026年8月20日將之截獲。經查，涉案女子於7月16日由朋友協助在內地以1,500元人民幣購入同款假錶並帶到本澳，乘事主脫下腕錶睡覺期間以假換真，在內地銷贓所得的6萬元人民幣已全數用於還債。
本局根據調查所得，以加重盜竊罪將涉案女子移送檢察院偵辦。
Mainland woman arrested for aggravated theft
On 31st July 2026, the Public Security Police Force referred a case of aggravated theft to the Judiciary Police. Case details revealed that the mainland male victim got acquainted with a mainland woman in a casino in Cotai district on 15th July 2026. He subsequently invited her to stay in his hotel room. The two occasionally went out together or rested in the room. During that time, the victim had removed a wrist watch which was worth HKD150,500 and placed it on the bedside table before he went to bed. On July 17th, the two left separately. Until July 31st, the victim took the malfunctioning wrist watch to a local dealership for repair. Upon inspection, it was found that the wrist watch was a counterfeit, thus suspecting the above woman swapped it for the genuine one and reporting the case to the police.
The 2nd Section of Coordination of the Judiciary Police launched an investigation, identified the involved mainland woman and intercepted her on 20th August 2026. Investigation revealed that the involved woman, with the assistance of a friend, bought the counterfeit wrist watch of the same model at RMB 1,500 in the mainland on July 16th and brought it to Macao. While the victim was sleeping with the wrist watch removed, she swapped the counterfeit wrist watch for the genuine one. The RMB 60,000 illegal proceed obtained from selling the wrist watch in the mainland was used entirely to repay debts.
Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved woman to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of aggravated theft.
Detida uma mulher do Interior da China suspeita de furto qualificado
No dia 31 de Junho de 2026, a PJ recebeu um caso de furto qualificado transferido pelo CPSP. Segundo o apurado, no dia 15 de Junho de 2026, a vítima (homem do Interior da China) conheceu uma mulher do Interior da China num casino do Cotai e convidou-a para se hospedar no seu quarto do hotel. Os dois de vez em quando saíam para fora ou descansavam no quarto e, antes de dormir na cama, o homem colocava o seu relógio, num valor de 150.500 HKD, na mesa de cabeceira. Em 17 de Julho, finda a estada no hotel, os dois saíram separadamente. No dia 31 de Julho, o homem levou o relógio com defeito para manutenção num distribuidor da marca do relógio em Macau e, depois de exame, foi informado que o relógio é falso. Ao achar que a mulher tinha furtado o seu relógio verdadeiro e trocado por um falso, apresentou queixa à Polícia.
Após investigação, a 2.ª Secção de Coordenação da PJ identificou a mulher do Interior da China em causa e interceptou-a em 20 de Agosto de 2026. Foi apurado que com a ajuda de amigo(a), a mulher comprou, em 16 de Julho, um relógio falso no valor de 1.500 RMB e do modelo idêntico à do relógio verdadeiro no Interior da China e trouxe para Macau. Depois, trocou o relógio verdadeiro pelo falso quando a vítima estava a dormir. Além disso, a mesma usou todo o dinheiro, 60 mil RMB, obtido através da venda, no Interior da China, do relógio furtado, para pagamento de dívidas.
Conforme o resultado da investigação, a mulher foi presente ao Ministério Público por furto qualificado.
