內地漢涉巨額詐騙及偽造文件法辦
2026年8月12日至13日，本局先後接獲路氹城區四間娛樂場通知，指發現四名客人持有偽造的角子機現金券，懷疑為早前向他人購入。
本局博彩罪案調查處展開調查，經檢驗涉案現金券後，發現有關現金券乃以電腦複製各博企發行的現金券式樣，刻意加大券上的面值數字後再列印，即四張現金券均屬偽造。調查顯示，四名事主分別於8月12日凌晨至8月13日下午期間，以電子支付平台轉帳向他人購入涉案現金券，四人合共損失117,616元人民幣。
本局人員鎖定涉案內地男子身份，於8月13日下午在新口岸區一娛樂場將其截獲，並在其身上搜出1部手機及12張面值3.3萬至3.6萬港元的偽造角子機現金券。
本局根據調查所得，以詐騙（巨額）及偽造文件等罪將涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續就案件進行深入調查。
Mainland man involved in massive fraud and forgery of document brought to justice
On 12th to 13th August 2026, the Judiciary Police received successive notifications from four casinos in Cotai district, indicating that four patrons were found in possession of forged slot machine cash vouchers, which were suspected to have been purchased from others earlier.
The Gaming-related Crimes Division of the Judiciary Police initiated investigation and, after examining the involved cash vouchers, discovered that they had been produced by using computers to replicate the designs of cash vouchers issued by various gaming enterprises, with the face value figures of the vouchers deliberately increased before printing. Accordingly, all the four cash vouchers were counterfeit. Investigation revealed that between the wee hours of August 12th and the afternoon of August 13th, the four victims transferred funds to others via e-payment platforms in order to purchase the involved cash vouchers. The four individuals suffered a total loss of RMB117,616.
The Judiciary Police personnel identified the involved Mainland man and intercepted him at a casino in ZAPE district on the afternoon of August 13th, seizing a mobile phone and 12 forged slot machine cash vouchers with denominations ranging from HKD33,000 to HKD36,000 from him.
Based on the investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved Mainland man to the Public Prosecutions Office for investigation on charges including fraud (huge amount) and forgery of document, while continuing to conduct an in-depth investigation into the case.

Em 12 a 13 de Agosto de 2026, a PJ foi informada sucessivamente por quatro casinos do COTAI por terem encontrados clientes que tinham em sua posse cupões falsos de slot machine, suspeitos de terem sido comprados a terceiros.
A Divisão de Investigação de Crimes relacionados com o Jogo da PJ iniciou a investigação e após terem examinado os cupões, verificou que eles tinham sido imprimidos no computador e eram cópia dos cupões emitidos por várias empresas de jogos, tendo sido aumentado o respectivo valor facial, de propósito, antes de serem imprimidos, ou seja, todos os quatro cupões eram falsos. Segundo o apurado, foram quatro, as vítimas que compraram os cupões através de transferências de dinheiro numa plataforma de pagamento electrónico na madrugada do dia 12 de Agosto e na tarde do dia 13 de Agosto. As quatro vítimas sofreram prejuízos num total de 117.616 RMB.
O nosso pessoal identificou um homem do continente envolvido e, na tarde de 13 de Agosto, foi interceptado num casino do ZAPE tendo sido encontrado na sua posse um telemóvel e 12 cupões falsos de slot machine com valor facial entre 33.000 a 36.000 HKD.
Conforme o que foi apurado na investigação, o detido foi presente ao MP por burla (de valor elevado) e falsificação de documentos. A PJ continua a aprofundar a investigação.
