本澳女子涉不法匯兌被拘
2026年8月10日上午，本局博彩罪案調查處人員於路氹城區一娛樂場進行針對不法匯兌的巡查打擊行動，其間發現一名男客人與涉案本澳女子疑似進行不法匯兌，並於交易完成後到附近賭枱賭博，本局人員遂立即上前截查，發現涉案女子自2025年1月起在本澳娛樂場從事不法匯兌，是次交易中雙方以1萬元人民幣轉帳兌換1萬港元籌碼及1,400港元現金。本局人員於涉案女子身上檢獲與犯罪相關的1萬港元籌碼、3,000港元現金及1部手機，並在男客人身上檢獲經不法匯兌所得並賭博剩餘的1,000港元籌碼。
本局根據調查所得，以經營為賭博的不法匯兌罪將涉案女子移送檢察院偵辦。
Local woman arrested for illegal currency exchange
While conducting a patrol operation targeting illegal currency exchange in a casino in the Cotai District on the morning of 10th August 2026, personnel of the Gaming-related Crimes Division of the Judiciary Police suspected that a male patron had conducted illegal currency exchange with the involved local woman, and proceeded to the gaming table for gambling after the transaction. Personnel of the Judiciary Police thus intercepted the duo immediately and found that the involved woman had been engaging in illegal currency exchange in the casinos in Macao since January 2025. During this transaction, both parties exchanged a RMB10,000 bank transfer for chips of HKD10,000 and cash of HKD1,400. Personnel of the Judiciary Police seized the crime-related chips of HKD10,000, cash of HKD3,000 and a mobile phone from the involved woman, while chips of HKD1,000 obtained through illegal currency exchange and remained after gambling were seized from the male patron.
Based on the investigative results, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved woman to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of operating illegal currency exchange for gambling.
Detida uma mulher de Macau por troca ilegal de dinheiro
Na manhã de 10 de Agosto de 2026, durante uma operação de combate ao crime de troca ilegal de dinheiro realizada num casino da zona do COTAI, o pessoal da Divisão de Investigação de Crimes relacionados com o Jogo, reparou que um homem estava a fazer uma troca ilegal de dinheiro com uma mulher de Macau. Após a troca, o homem deslocou-se a uma mesa para jogar, tendo sido de imediato interceptado pelo nosso pessoal. Na investigação verificou-se que a mulher operava, desde Janeiro de 2025, em diferentes casinos de Macau e, nesta transacção ambos concordaram em trocar 10.000 RMB por 10.000 HKD em fichas e 1.400 HKD em numerário. A mulher tinha na sua posse 10.000 HKD em fichas, 3.000 HKD em numerário e 1 telemóvel, e na posse do homem os restantes 1.000 HKD em fichas, obtidas pela troca ilegal de dinheiro.
Com base no que foi apurado na investigação, a suspeita foi presente ao Ministério Público por exploração de câmbio ilícito para jogo.
