內地漢涉相當巨額詐騙就逮
本局於2026年7月30日中午接獲路氹城區一娛樂場保安部通知，指一名男事主與一名男子進行不法匯兌期間懷疑被騙，要求派員到場處理。
經調查，當日上午，事主在上述娛樂場吸煙室內與涉案內地男子商討進行不法匯兌交易，涉案男子聲稱需要兌換16萬港元現金，並要求事主一同前往娛樂場洗手間進行交易。其間，事主取出現金點算，涉案男子藉詞接過現金後隨即逃離。事主即時追截，最終在娛樂場內截獲該男子並取回款項，隨後透過保安員報警。
本局博彩罪案調查處人員到場，在涉案男子身上搜獲1部手機。調查顯示，涉案男子因在娛樂場賭敗，遂誘騙事主進行匯兌並藉機搶走款項。此外，因事主涉嫌在本澳從事不法匯兌活動，本局已另立案調查。
本局根據調查所得，以詐騙（相當巨額）罪將涉案內地男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Mainland man arrested for fraud of considerably huge amount
On the midday of 30th July 2026, the security department of a casino in the Cotai district reported to the Judiciary Police that the male victim suspected fraud during an illegal currency exchange with a man, thus requesting police deployment at the scene for handling.
Investigation revealed that, on the morning of the same day, when the victim was discussing the illegal currency trade with the involved mainland man in the smoking room of the above casino, the involved man stated that he needed to exchange for HKD160,000 in cash and asked the victim to go together to the washroom of the casino for the deal. During the course, when the victim took the cash out for counting, the involved man got the cash on a pretext and fled immediately. The victim gave chase at once, finally intercepted the man in the casino, and got the money back. Subsequently, the case was reported to the police via security guards.
Officers from the Gaming-related Crimes Division of the Judiciary Police arrived at the scene, a mobile phone was found in the involved man’s possession. Investigation indicated that, due to the gambling losses in a casino, the involved man deceived the victim into the currency exchange and took the opportunity to grab the money. Additionally, the Judiciary Police established another case against the victim on suspicion of conducting illegal currency exchange activities in Macao.
Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved mainland man to the Public Prosecutions Office on the charge of fraud (considerably huge amount).
Detido um homem do Interior da China por burla de valor consideravelmente elevado
No dia 30 de Julho de 2026, ao meio-dia, a PJ foi informada pelo departamento de segurança de um casino no Cotai de que um homem tinha sido vítima de câmbio ilícito e por isso solicitou uma intervenção policial.
Após averiguações, ficou apurado que, na manhã do mesmo dia, a vítima negociava uma transacção de troca ilegal com um suspeito do Interior da China na sala de fumadores do casino. O suspeito disse querer trocar 160 mil HKD em numerário e propôs que a troca fosse efectuada numa casa de banho do casino. Durante a troca, após a vítima ter contado o dinheiro, o suspeito fugiu com o montante de imediato do local com um pretexto qualquer. A vítima perseguiu-o, acabou por interceptá-lo no casino e recuperar o dinheiro, depois o segurança do casino apresentou queixa à polícia.
O pessoal da Divisão de Investigação de Crimes Relacionados com o Jogo da PJ, deslocou-se ao local da ocorrência e apreendeu o telemóvel do suspeito. A investigação confirma que, o suspeito terá perdido dinheiro no jogo, seduzindo a vítima para a realização de uma troca ilegal de dinheiro e aproveitou a oportunidade para lhe roubar o dinheiro. Como a vítima praticou uma troca ilegal de dinheiro, foi instaurado um processo separado.
Conforme o apurado na investigação, o detido foi presente ao Ministério Público por burla (de valor consideravelmente elevado).
