司警局續偵查有組織操縱賣淫案 拘捕涉案退休司警人員

本局持續跟進一宗有組織操縱賣淫案的後續偵查工作,鎖定一名涉案退休司警人員。7月9日,該名涉案男子入境本澳,本局人員隨即在北區將其截獲並帶返本局作進一步調查。
案情顯示,該名涉案男子最少自2024年起加入案中其中一個犯罪組織,每月收取約10萬澳門元不法利益,專門打探警方巡查涉案桑拿場所的消息,同時向犯罪組織提供規避執法及調查的建議,協助犯罪組織持續經營賣淫活動。截至被捕為止,累計收受不法利益不少於260萬澳門元。
本局上月初針對該犯罪組織採取拘捕行動後,該名涉案男子一直未有入境,直至7月9日中午入境時被截獲。
本局根據調查所得,以黑社會、操縱賣淫及袒護他人等罪將涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦。

The Judiciary Police continued to follow up on the investigation into the case of organised manipulation of prostitution, and identified a retired Judiciary Police personnel involved in the case. On July 9th, the involved man entered Macao. The Judiciary Police personnel immediately intercepted him in the North District and brought him back to the Judiciary Police for further investigation.`
Case details revealed that the involved man had joined one of the criminal syndicates involved in the case since at least 2024, receiving approximately MOP100,000 of illicit proceeds each month. His specific role was to gather information about police patrols at the involved sauna venues, while providing the criminal syndicate with advice on evading law enforcement and investigations, thereby assisting the criminal syndicate in the continued operation of prostitution activities. By the time of his arrest, he had accumulatively received no less than MOP2.6 million of illicit proceeds.
After the Judiciary Police carried out an arrest operation targeting the criminal syndicate early last month, the involved man had not entered Macao until he was intercepted upon entry at noon on July 9th.
Based on the investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office for investigation on charges including organised crime, manipulation of prostitution, and practising personal favouritism.
