印尼女子涉加重盜竊被捕
本局於2026年7月1日下午接獲一名本澳女子報案，指其與母親位於高美士街某大廈不同樓層的兩個住宅單位遭盜竊。兩名事主為母女關係，首名事主的丈夫於2025年6月聘用涉案印尼籍女家傭，該家傭因工作需要偶爾出入次名事主住所。
2026年6月30日傍晚，次名事主發現涉案女子在單位內形跡可疑，經檢查後證實睡房首飾箱內3件鑽石首飾不翼而飛。經通知首名事主檢查其住所，亦發現睡房抽屜內2件鑽石首飾被竊。經點算，兩名事主分別損失3.8萬及68,500澳門元。本局隨即派員到場調查，當場截獲涉案女子並帶返本局。
調查證實，涉案女子藉工作之便熟悉事主財物位置，先於同年4月乘首名事主住宅無人時作案，再於6月乘次名事主不察進入房間盜竊。其後將合共5件首飾帶往香港變賣，所得贓款已匯回印尼。
本局根據調查所得，以加重盜竊罪將其移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續追查贓物下落；另就其涉嫌過界工作通報勞工事務局。
Indonesian woman apprehended for aggravated theft
The Judiciary Police received a report from a local woman on the afternoon of 1st July 2026, stating that a theft case had occurred at two residential units on different floors of the same building at Rua de Luís Gonzaga Gomes, belonging to her and her mother. The two victims were mother and daughter. The husband of the first victim employed the involved Indonesian female domestic helper in June 2025, and sometimes the helper had to enter and exit the residence of the second victim for work purposes.
On the evening of 30th June 2026, the second victim found the involved woman acting suspiciously in the apartment. Inspection confirmed that the 3 pieces of diamond jewelry inside the jewelry box in the bedroom had disappeared. After being informed, the first victim also checked her residence and found that 2 pieces of diamond jewelry inside the drawer of her bedroom had also been stolen. Upon calculation, the losses incurred to the two victims were MOP38,000 and MOP68,500 respectively. The Judiciary Police swiftly deployed personnel to conduct investigation, intercepting the involved woman on site and brought her back to the Judiciary Police.
Investigation confirmed that the involved woman had taken the advantage of the work convenience to learn about the location of the victims’ properties. She first seized the opportunity of the first victim’s absence to commit the offence in April of the same year, then she entered the second victim’s room for theft again when she was unaware in June. After that, she sold the 5 pieces of jewelry in total in Hong Kong and had already remitted all the illicit proceeds back to Indonesia.
Based on investigative results, the Judiciary Police transferred her to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of aggravated theft, while continuing to pursue the whereabouts of the stolen goods. In addition, the Labour Affairs Bureau was notified of her allegedly unauthorised work.
Mulher indonésia detida por furto qualificada
Na tarde de 1 de Julho de 2026, a PJ recebeu uma queixa apresentada por uma mulher de Macau, dizendo que o seu apartamento e o da sua mãe, sitos em diferentes andares do mesmo prédio na Rua de Luís Gonzaga Gomes, tinham sido furtados. Apurou-se que, em Junho de 2025, o marido da mulher recrutou uma trabalhadora doméstica de nacionalidade indonésia, a qual de vez em quando, ia casa da mãe por necessidade de trabalho.
No anoitecer do dia 30 de Junho, a mãe descobriu que a trabalhadora tinha uma conduta suspeita e após vistoriar o apartamento, verificou que tinham desaparecido três joias com diamantes guardadas na caixa de joias no quarto. Por isso, informou a sua filha de tudo o que sucedeu, esta fez uma inspeção na casa e descobriu que duas joias com diamantes que estavam na gaveta do quarto tinham sido roubadas. As duas lesadas, depois da contagem, declararam ter sofrido respectivamente um prejuízo de 38.000 e 68.500 patacas. A PJ enviou pessoal para o local, onde deteve a suspeita e a levou para as instalações.
A investigação permitiu apurar que esta trabalhadora doméstica se aproveitou das funções para localizar os valores das lesadas, depois em Abril, atuou quando ninguém estava no apartamento da queixosa e em Junho furtou as joias no quarto da sua mãe sem que esta tivesse notado. Mair tarde, a suspeita levou as cinco joias para Hong Kong onde foram vendidas e o dinheiro enviado para a Indonésia.
Com base no resultado da investigação, a detida foi presente ao Ministério Público acusada de furto qualificada. A PJ continua a investigar o paradeiro dos objectos furtados, ao passo que comunicou à Direcção dos Serviços para os Assuntos Laborais o exercício de funções não autorizadas por parte da mesma trabalhadora.
