內地男子涉不法經營線上博彩被捕
本局早前接獲情報，指有人在本澳中區一娛樂場內從事俗稱“電投”的線上賭博活動，利用改裝衣服暗藏的手機偷拍賭枱，透過網絡向境外客人直播賭博狀況，並按指示代為下注以賺取不法利益。
2026年6月29日上午，本局博彩罪案調查處人員在上述娛樂場巡查時，發現一名內地男子在一張百家樂賭枱博彩期間姿勢異常。經監視確認其正進行“電投”活動後將其截獲。調查證實，該男子將手機固定於改裝衣服內，利用胸前小孔偷拍直播，同時以微型耳機接收內地客人的投注指示，代為下注。
調查顯示，涉案男子自今年5月中旬開始作案，收取每小時折合1,000港元報酬，並賺取“碼佣”，至今獲利不少於2萬港元。本局在其身上及路氹城區某酒店房內，共搜獲4.1萬港元籌碼、40,500港元現金，以及4件改裝服飾、4部手機和微型耳機等作案工具。
本局根據調查所得，以不法經營線上幸運博彩或線上互相博彩罪，將涉案內地男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Mainland man arrested for illegal operation of online gaming
The Judiciary Police received a tip-off earlier on, indicating that someone was engaging in the so-called “electronic betting” online gambling activities in a casino in the Central district of Macao, secretly shooting the gaming table with the mobile phone concealed in the modified outfit, live broadcasting the situation of gambling for patrons outside the territory via the Internet, earning illicit proceeds by placing bets per instruction.
On the morning of 29th June 2026, when the personnel of the Gaming-related Crimes Division was patrolling in the aforementioned casino, a mainland man was found gambling in an abnormal pose at a baccarat gaming table, who was intercepted after being confirmed by surveillance to be conducting “electronic betting” activities. Investigation confirmed that the man had fixed his mobile phone in the modified outfit, shooting and live broadcasting secretly through the pinhole located in front of his chest, while placing bets according to the betting instructions he received from the mainland patrons via the micro earphone.
Investigation indicated that the involved man had been perpetrating since mid-May this year for a reward equivalent to HKD 1,000 per hour while earning “chips commission”, gaining a total reward no less than HKD 20,000 until the present. A total of HKD 41,000 of casino chips, HKD 40,500 in cash, and perpetrating tools such as 4 modified outfits, 4 mobile phones and micro earphones were found on him and inside a hotel room in the Cotai district.
Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved mainland man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of illegal operation of online games of fortune or online mutual gaming.

A Polícia Judiciária recebeu informações indicando que alguém estaria a exercer uma actividade de jogo online, vulgarmente conhecida por “apostas online”, num casino na zona central de Macau. O indivíduo em questão utilizava um telemóvel escondido numa peça de roupa alterada para filmar secretamente a mesa de jogo e transmitir em directo a situação de jogo ao cliente no estrangeiro através da internet, efectuando as apostas em nome dos mesmos, de acordo com as instruções recebidas, de modo a obter lucros ilegais.
Na manhã de 29 de Junho de 2026, no patrulhamento de casino, o pessoal da Divisão de Investigação de Crimes relacionados com o Jogo descobriu a postura anómala de um homem do Interior da China durante o jogo, numa mesa de bacará. Depois de uma vigilância, confirmou-se que o indivíduo se encontrava a praticar apostas online, por isso foi detido. Na investigação, confirmou-se que o homem fixou o telemóvel no interior da roupa alterado e, através de um pequeno buraco na zona do peito, filmava secretamente a transmissão em direto. Em simultâneo, recebia instruções de aposta de clientes do continente através de um auricular minúsculo, efectuando as apostas em nome dos mesmos.
A investigação revelou que o suspeito começou a praticar este crime desde meados de Maio deste ano, cobrando 1.000 HKD por hora como remuneração e ganhando comissões de jogo, lucrando um valor não inferior a 20 mil HKD até ao momento. Foram apreendidos na sua posse e no quarto de um hotel no Cotai um total de 41 mil HKD em fichas e 40.500 HKD em numerário, bem como quatro peças de vestuário alteradas, quatro telemóveis e um auricular minúsculo, entre outros instrumentos do crime.
Com base no que foi apurado na investigação, o suspeito do continente foi presente ao Ministério Público por exploração ilícita de jogo de fortuna ou azar online ou de aposta mútua online.
