馬來西亞籍男子涉販毒就逮

本局毒品罪案調查處駐澳門國際機場刑事偵查人員，根據國際販毒手法及情報風險分析，鎖定2026年6月20日晚間由東南亞抵澳航班上一名可疑乘客。

當晚，本局人員提前在機場部署，並在澳門海關及治安警察局配合下，運用新型快速毒品檢測儀器開展查緝行動。待該名馬來西亞籍涉案男子提取寄艙行李箱後，隨即對其進行截查，當場於其行李箱內查獲49盒包裝精美的吞拿魚餅乾，每盒內含兩包餅乾及一罐吞拿魚醬罐頭。經對部分罐頭拆驗，發現罐內並無吞拿魚醬，全部為白色粉末，經手提驗毒機初步檢測發現內含毒品。本局刑事技術廳隨即開展緊急化驗，證實該等粉末為毒品海洛因，共重約2,987克，市值約418萬澳門元。

經深入調查顯示，該涉案男子在馬來西亞被販毒集團招攬，前往東南亞某國家接收毒品後偷運來澳，並計劃按集團指示再轉運至鄰近地區。販毒集團承諾事成後給予3,000馬來西亞令吉（折合約6,000澳門元）作為報酬。

本局根據調查所得，以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪將涉案男子移送檢察院處理，其經司法當局偵訊後已被採取羈押措施。本局將繼續追查其他涉案人士。

Malaysian man arrested for drug trafficking

Criminal investigators of the Narcotics Division of the Judiciary Police who were stationed at the Macao International Airport identified a suspicious passenger who had arrived Macao from South East Asia on the late evening of 20th June 2026, after analysing international drug trafficking modus operandi and intelligence risk.

That evening, personnel of the Judiciary Police conducted deployment at the airport in advance.  With the cooperation of the Macao Customs and the Public Security Police Force, an investigative operation was launched using new rapid drug detection equipment.  After the involved Malaysian man had collected his checked-in luggage, he was intercepted immediately, with 49 boxes of finely packaged tuna biscuits found in his luggage at the scene.  Each box contained two packets of biscuit and a can of tuna spread.  After opening some of the cans for examination, it was noted that there was no tuna spread inside, instead, it was all white powder.  Portable drug detection device initially revealed that it was a drug.  The Forensic Science Department of the Judiciary Police conducted an urgent examination immediately, which confirmed that the powder was the drug heroin, with a total weight of 2,987 grams and a market value of around 4.18 million patacas.

After conducting in-depth investigation, it was revealed that the involved man was recruited by a drug trafficking syndicate in Malaysia to collect the drug in a Southeast Asian country and smuggle it into Macao, with an intention to further transport it to neighbouring regions as per the syndicate’s instruction.  The drug syndicate promised to give him a reward of MYR3,000 (equivalent to around MOP6,000) once the task was completed.

Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances.  After judicial interrogation, the man had been placed under custody measure.  The Judiciary Police would continue to pursue other involved individuals.

Detido um homem de nacionalidade malaia por tráfico de drogas

Com base em analisar os métodos utilizados no tráfico internacional de droga, riscos e outras informações, os agentes de investigação criminal da Divisão de Investigação e Combate ao Tráfico de Estupefacientes da PJ, destacados no Aeroporto Internacional de Macau, conseguiram identificar um passageiro suspeito que chegara a Macau vindo do Sudeste Asiático na noite de 20 de Junho de 2026.

Naquela noite, o nosso pessoal procedeu com antecedência ao planeamento policial no aeroporto e, com a colaboração dos Serviços de Alfândega de Macau e do Corpo da Polícia de Segurança Pública, levou a cabo uma operação de identificação e detenção com recurso a novos equipamentos de detecção rápida de drogas.

Após o suspeito, um homem de nacionalidade malaia, envolvido no caso, levantar a sua bagagem despachada, foi imediatamente interceptado. No local, foram encontrados no interior da sua bagagem 49 caixas de bolachas de atum, cuidadosamente embaladas. Cada caixa continha dois pacotes de bolachas e uma lata de atum em conserva. Ao abrir algumas das latas, verificou-se que não continham atum em conserva, mas sim um pó branco. Através de um teste preliminar com o aparelho portátil de detecção de drogas, apurou-se que o pó continha substâncias estupefacientes Após um exame urgente feito pelo Departamento de Ciências Forenses da PJ, confirmou-se que o pó apreendido era heroína, com um peso total de cerca de 2.987 gramas, avaliados em cerca de 4,18 milhões de patacas.

Com base em investigação aprofundada, constatou-se que o suspeito foi recrutado por uma rede de tráfico de drogas na Malásia, tendo-se deslocado para um país do Sudeste Asiático para receber a droga. De seguida, contrabandeou-a para Macau e planeava, de acordo com instruções do rede criminosa, proceder ao seu reencaminhamento para regiões vizinhas. Esta rede prometeu-lhe conceder, em caso  de entrega de droga bem-sucedida, 3.000 ringgits malaio (equivalente a cerca de 6.000 patacas) como recompensa.

Conforme os resultados obtidos na investigação, o detido foi presente ao MP por tráfico de estupefacientes e, após o interrogatório pelas autoridades judiciais, foi aplicada a medida de prisão preventiva. A PJ continua à procura de outras pessoas envolvidas no crime.
