七名男子涉搶劫、傷人及毀損法辦
2026 年 6 月 18 日晚上，本局一名刑偵人員於路氹城區一酒店附近執勤期間，突遭多名人士圍堵、襲擊，導致其頸部及手部受傷，手機亦被搶走。該刑偵人員隨即表明身份，施襲者四散逃離，其後該刑偵人員在附近尋回已遭嚴重毀損的手機。確認安全無虞後，該刑偵人員立即向上級報告事件。
經深入調查，本局迅速鎖定當時在場人士身份，並於6月20日先後在氹仔及路環多個地點截獲9名在場人士，在證據充分之情況下，以非現行犯拘捕當中7名涉案人。
調查顯示，案發時該刑偵人員正執行職務，第1名涉案人突然聯同另外8名人士上前靠近。為免影響執行工作，該刑偵人員未即時表露身份，嘗試聯絡同僚並離開現場；惟第1名涉案人率先發難上前質問其在上址的目的，第2至第 7名涉案人隨即合力圍堵、襲擊該刑偵人員，以阻止其離開，第2名涉案人更強行奪去其手機後逃離現場。
刑偵人員隨即表明司警身份，眾人得悉後，第1名涉案人態度立即轉變，並以協助尋回手機為由阻撓其追截，協助同夥逃離；其後亦趁該刑偵人員向上級匯報及搜尋手機時逃去。經檢驗，該刑偵人員傷勢符合“普通傷害”，被毀手機價值約4,500澳門元。
本局根據調查所得，以搶劫罪、傷害身體完整性罪及毀損罪將7 名涉案人移送檢察院偵辦。
Seven men arrested for robbery, common assault and sabotage
While on duty in the vicinity of a hotel in Cotai on the evening of 18th June 2026, a Judiciary Police criminal investigator was suddenly encircled and attacked by several individuals, causing injuries in his neck and hands and snatching his mobile phone. The attackers fled when the criminal investigator revealed his identity. He then retrieved his mobile phone, severely damaged, nearby. Confident that he was safe and sound, the criminal investigator reported the incident to his superior immediately.
Upon in-depth investigation, the Judiciary Police promptly identified the individuals present at that time, intercepting nine at multiple locations successively in Taipa and Coloane on June 20th. Seven of the involved persons were arrested not in flagrant delicto with ample evidence.
Investigation revealed that the criminal investigator, while carrying out his duty during the incident, was suddenly approached by the first involved person, joined by eight other individuals. To avoid his duty from being interrupted, he did not reveal his identity right away; instead, he tried to contact his colleagues and leave the scene. However, the first involved person took the lead to launch an attack, questioning why he was there. The second to seventh involved persons instantly surrounded and attacked the criminal investigator to prevent him from leaving. The second involved person even grabbed his mobile phone before fleeing the scene.
The criminal investigator then revealed his identity as a Judiciary Police officer, prompting a change in the first involved person’s attitude. On the pretext of retrieving the officer’s mobile phone, the latter intercepted his pursuit to help his accomplices escape. He had also fled while the criminal investigator was reporting to his superior and finding his mobile phone. Examination ascertained that the criminal investigator’s injuries corresponded to common assault. The damaged mobile phone cost about MOP 4,500.
Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the seven involved individuals to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charges of robbery, common assault causing harm to bodily integrity and sabotage.
Detidos sete homens por crimes de roubo, ofensa física e de dano
Na noite de 18 de Junho de 2026, um investigador da Polícia Judiciária, quando se encontrava de serviço nas proximidades de um hotel do Cotai, foi de repente cercado e agredido por uns indivíduos, tendo ficado ferido no pescoço e nas mãos. Foi-lhe também tirado o telemóvel e, assim que, o investigador revelou de imediato a sua identidade e os agressores fugiram em diferentes direcções. Posteriormente, o agente recuperou nas imediações o seu telemóvel gravemente danificado e, após confirmar de que não corria qualquer risco, comunicou logo o incidente aos seus superiores.
Após uma investigação aprofundada, a PJ identificou rapidamente as pessoas que se encontravam naquele local e, em 20 de Junho, interceptou nove pessoas em vários locais de Taipa e Coloane. Obtidas suficientemente as provas, foram então detidos sete dos suspeitos, fora de flagrante delito.
Na investigação apurou-se que, no dia da ocorrência, quando o investigador se encontrava no exercício das suas funções, o primeiro suspeito deste caso, acompanhado por outras oito pessoas, aproximou-se repentinamente dele. Para não comprometer o desempenho das suas funções, o investigador não revelou logo a sua identidade, tentando contactar os colegas e deixar o local. No entanto, o primeiro suspeito tomou a iniciativa de o interrogar sobre o motivo da sua presença no local e os restantes (segundo ao sétimo suspeito) cercaram imediatamente e agrediram o agente, a fim de o impedir de sair dali. O segundo suspeito tirou-lhe à força o telemóvel antes de fugir do local.
O investigador revelou de imediato a sua identidade como agente da Polícia Judiciária, e então, o primeiro suspeito, mudou imediatamente de atitude tendo este, sob o pretexto de ajudar a recuperar o telemóvel, impedindo o investigador perseguir os outros, ajudando os seus parceiros a fugir do local. Em seguida, aproveitou-se do momento em que o agente estava a comunicar o sucedido aos seus superiores e a procurar o telemóvel para fugir. Após exame, verificou-se que os ferimentos do agente correspondiam a “lesões simples” e, quanto ao seu telemóvel danificado, custava cerca de 4.500 patacas.
Com base nos resultados da investigação, os sete detidos foram presentes ao Ministério Público, acusados de crime de roubo, ofensa à integridade física e danos.
