兩男女涉販毒被拘
本局於2026年6月16日接獲澳門海關通報，指內地海關查獲一個由外國經內地轉運來澳的可疑包裹，內藏疑似處方藥物。本局毒品罪案調查處隨即展開調查，迅速鎖定收件人身份及行蹤，並聯同海關持續監控包裹流向。
6月17日下午，涉案包裹經港珠澳大橋口岸運抵本澳郵政總局。本局人員在澳門海關及郵電局緊密配合下進行部署，於當日下午5時許，待一名涉案本澳女子提取包裹準備離開時進行截查，當場搜獲50排藥物（共660粒），以及用作掩飾的短袖上衣與防曬頭套。同日晚上約7時，本局人員根據線索在北區再拘捕另一名涉案內地男子。
經調查，兩名涉案人從事水客活動約四年；涉案內地男子受他人招攬，指使涉案本澳女子接收包裹，並計劃偷運至內地以賺取報酬。調查顯示，二人明知包裹內藏違禁品仍參與運送，並企圖以更高價錢完成走私任務。經本局刑事技術廳緊急化驗，證實該批藥物為毒品哌醋甲酯及芬特明，均受第17/2009號法律《禁止不法生產、販賣和吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物》所管制。
是次行動共搜獲芬特明膠囊480粒、藥丸120粒，以及哌醋甲酯藥丸60粒。由於該等毒品非市面常見類型，暫無具體市值估算。
本局根據調查所得，以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪將兩名涉案男女移送檢察院處理，並繼續追查其他涉案人士。
Two persons arrested for drug trafficking
On 16th June 2026, the Judiciary Police was informed by the Macao Customs Service that the mainland Customs found a suspicious parcel containing suspected prescription drugs sent from a foreign country to Macao via the mainland. The Narcotics Division of the Judiciary Police immediately initiated investigation and swiftly identified the recipient and the whereabouts of the recipient, while continuing to keep track of the parcel with the Macao Customs Service.
On the afternoon of 17th June 2026, the involved parcel was delivered to the General Post Office of Macao via the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Port. The Judiciary Police officers dispatched deployment under close cooperation with the Macao Customs Service and Post and Telecommunications Bureau. At around 5 pm of that day, an involved local woman was intercepted when she had collected the parcel and prepared to leave, with 50 packets of medicines (a total of 660 pills), as well as the short-sleeved top and the sunblock hood used for disguise, found at the scene. At around 7 pm of the same day, personnel of the Judiciary Police further arrested another involved mainland man in the Northern district according to the leads.
After investigation, it was found that the two involved persons had been engaging in parallel trader activities for around four years. The involved mainland man was solicited, who then instructed the involved local woman to receive the parcel, intending to smuggle the parcel to the mainland for a reward. Investigation revealed that the duo still participated in the delivery of the parcel, knowing that it contained prohibited items, while attempting to complete the smuggling task for a higher price. After an urgent examination by the Forensic Science Department of the Judiciary Police, the medicines were proven to be the drugs methylphenidate and phentermine, both under control by Law No. 17/2009“Prohibition of the illegal production, trafficking and use of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances”.
In this operation, 480 phentermine capsules, 120 drug pills and 60 methylphenidate pills were seized. As these drugs were not commonly seen in the market, therefore no specific estimation of market value was available yet.
Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the two involved persons to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, while continuing to pursue other involved persons.
Detidos um homem e uma mulher por tráfico de droga
Em 16 de Junho de 2026, a PJ recebeu uma comunicação dos Serviços de Alfândega de Macau (SA), a qual indicava que os Serviços de Alfândega do Interior da China, tinham apreendido uma encomenda suspeita transportada de um país estrangeiro para Macau via Interior da China, contendo alegadamente medicamentos controlados. A Divisão de Investigação e Combate ao Tráfico de Estupefacientes (DICTE) da PJ efectuou uma investigação e descobriu rapidamente a identidade e o paradeiro do destinatário, continuando a monitorizar o fluxo da encomenda juntamente com os SA.
Na tarde de 17 de Junho, a encomenda chegou à estação central dos Correios de Macau (CTT) pelo Posto fronteiriço da Ponte Hong Kong – Zhuhai - Macau. Em estreita colaboração com os SA e os CTT, o pessoal da PJ organizou uma operação, e pelas 17H00, interceptou uma mulher local, depois de ela ter ido buscar a encomenda. Esta continha 50 pacotes de medicamentos (num total de 660 comprimidos). Cerca das 19H00 desse mesmo dia, foi interceptado um suspeito do continente pelo nosso pessoal na zona do Norte.
A investigação revelou que os dois suspeitos praticavam actividades de comércio paralelo há cerca de 4 anos tendo o homem admitido ter sido contratado por alguém para mandar a mulher local ir receber a encomenda. Também planeou transportar os medicamentos clandestinamente para o continente para fins lucrativos. Segundo o apurado, os suspeitos bem sabiam que a encomenda continha substâncias proibidas que pretendiam traficar, contrabadeando para tentar obter um preço melhor. Após um exame urgente feito pelo Departamento de Ciências Forenses da PJ, confirmou-se que as drogas, eram metilfenidato e fentermina, que são substâncias proibidas sujeitas ao controlo da Lei n.º 17/2009— Proibição de produção, do tráfico e do consumo ilícitos de estupefacientes e de substâncias psicotrópicas .
Nessa operação foram apreendidos 480 comprimidos de fentermina e 60 comprimidos de metilfenidato e 120 outros comprimidos. Como estes medicamentos não são encontrados com frequência no mercado, não existe actualmente uma estimativa específica do seu valor de mercado.
Conforme o que foi apurado na investigação, os detidos foram presentes ao MP por tráfico ilícito de estupefacientes e de substâncias psicotrópicas. A PJ vai continuar a rastrear o paradeiro de eventuais suspeitos.
