六青少年涉搶劫、傷人及不法之錄製品及照片被拘
2026年6月16日上午，本局就網上流傳一名女學生於校外遭數名男女欺凌的短片展開調查。
經本局關注少年科透過“學校安全聯絡網”與相關學校取得聯繫，成功聯繫女事主，並在家長陪同下到本局協助調查，第四統籌科隨即派員偵查案件。當日下午及傍晚，本局人員迅速查明六名涉案人身份，並透過校方及家長將他們尋獲。
經查，事主與多名涉案人透過一個微信群組相識，因長期在群內互相譏諷而結怨。6月15日下午，事主與一名女友人途經黑沙環一屋苑食店時，遇上六名涉案人。事主被要求跟隨對方到另一食店，其友人先行離開。其間，對方強迫事主支付200澳門元，遭拒後，第一涉案人指使第三、第四及第五涉案人，先在該食店後樓梯以拳腳毆打事主，再將其帶至同區另一屋苑二樓平台繼續毆打；第六名涉案人在場旁觀吶喊助威，第二涉案人則以第一涉案人的手機拍攝，並將有關短片轉發他人。事主最終以手機轉帳200澳門元予第一涉案人，惟轉帳後仍遭繼續毆打，其後始獲准離開。
6月16日上午，校方接獲本局聯絡後向事主了解事件，及後事主由母親陪同向本局報案。經醫生診治，證實事主身體多處瘀傷及壓傷。
本局根據調查所得，分別以搶劫罪、普通傷害身體完整性罪，以及不法之錄製品及照片罪將六名涉案人移送檢察院跟進。
Six juveniles arrested for robbery, physical assault and illegal recordings and photographs
On the morning of 16th June 2026, the Judiciary Police launched investigation into a video clip that had gone viral online, depicting a schoolgirl being bullied by several juveniles outside the school.
Contacting the school via the “Communication Network for School Safety”, the Youth Concern Section successfully reached out to the victimised girl, who, accompanied by her family, came to the Judiciary Police to assist in investigation. The 4th Section of Coordination promptly launched investigation into the case, swiftly identifying and locating the six involved persons, via the school and their parents, that afternoon and evening.
The victim and the involved persons were found to have got acquainted in a Wechat group, in which they had entered into a feud due to long-term mutual ridicule. Walking past an eatery at an estate in Areia Preta on the afternoon of June 15th, the victim and her female friend bumped into the six involved persons. She was demanded to follow them to another eatery, while her friend left the scene. During that time, the victim was forced to pay the other party MOP 200, to which she refused. The first involved person then instructed the third, fourth and fifth involved persons to physically assault the victim with fists and kicks at the stairwell of the eatery, before continuing the assault on the second floor podium of another estate in the same district. The sixth involved person watched and cheered on the side, while the second involved person used the first’s mobile phone to film the assault and send the video to other people. Despite her transfer of MOP 200 to the first involved person, the victim was still beaten before being allowed to leave.
Contacted by the Judiciary Police on the morning of June 16th, the school enquired the victim about the incident. The victim, accompanied by her mother, then reported the case to the Judiciary Police. The victim was medically treated and diagnosed with multiple bruises and pressure injuries.
Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the six involved persons to the Public Prosecutions Office respectively for the charges of robbery, common assault causing harm to bodily integrity and illegal recordings and photographs.

Na manhã de 16 de Junho de 2026, a PJ deu início a uma investigação sobre uma curta-metragem que circulava na internet e na qual se via uma aluna a ser vítima de bullying por vários rapazes e raparigas fora da escola.
A Secção de Acompanhamento de Menores da PJ, através da “Rede de comunicação com as escolas”, contactou a escola em questão e conseguiu entrar em contacto com a vítima. Esta, acompanhada pela encarregada de educação, deslocou-se às nossas instalações para colaborar na investigação. A 4.a Secção de Coordenação começou de imediato a investigar o caso e, durante aquela tarde e ao anoitecer, os agentes da PJ conseguiram identificar com rapidez os seis suspeitos envolvidos e localizaram-nos com ajuda das escolas e encarregados de educação.
Após averiguações, apurou-se que a vítima e os suspeitos se tinham conhecido através de um grupo do WeChat, tendo surgido animosidade entre eles devido a zombarias mútuas prolongadas dentro do grupo. Na tarde de 15 de Junho, a vítima e uma amiga passavam por um estabelecimento de comida sito num complexo residencial no bairro da Areia Preta quando se depararam com os seis suspeitos. A vítima foi solicitada a segui-los até outro estabelecimento, tendo a sua amiga saído antes. Durante o incidente, a vítima foi obrigada a entregar 200 patacas mas, como ela se recusou a isso, o primeiro suspeito ordenou que o terceiro, o quarto e o quinto suspeitos agredissem a vítima com socos e pontapés, ainda nas escadas traseiras da loja e, em seguida, que a levassem para o terraço do segundo andar de outro complexo residencial do mesmo bairro para continuarem a agressão. O sexto suspeito estava presente no local a assistir e a gritar para dar ânimo, enquanto o segundo suspeito filmava com o telemóvel do primeiro suspeito e enviava as imagens a outras pessoas. A vítima acabou por transferir 200 patacas para o primeiro suspeito com o telemóvel, mas mesmo assim continuou a ser agredida, só lhe tendo sido permitido sair mais tarde.
Na manhã de 16 de Junho, após ter sido informada pela PJ, a escola contactou a vítima para se inteirar do ocorrido. Posteriormente, a vítima, acompanhada pela mãe, apresentou queixa a esta polícia. Após um exame médico, confirmou-se que a vítima apresentava contusões e hematomas em várias partes do corpo.
De acordo com o apurado na investigação, os seis suspeitos foram presentes ao Ministério Público por roubo, ofensas simples à integridade física e gravações e fotografias ilícitas.
