五菲籍女子涉巨額詐騙及清洗黑錢被拘
本局早前接獲一名男事主報案，稱遭遇網戀詐騙。事主於2026年3月初透過社交軟件結識一名女網友，並發展成情侶。對方聲稱郵寄貴重禮物，並於3月19日至23日期間，以支付海關罰款等藉口誘騙事主。事主信以為真，先後3次合共將32,700澳門元存入指定本澳銀行帳戶，後因對方失聯始知被騙報案。
本局資訊罪案調查處調查發現，上述帳戶除收取男事主騙款外，亦收取了另一名女事主因相同手法被騙的18,567澳門元。該帳戶運作者隨即將合共51,267澳門元騙款拆散並轉帳至另外三名涉案女子帳戶，最終由其餘涉案人經自動櫃員機全數提現。
本局鎖定涉案人身份後，於5月26日在澳門及氹仔多處居所拘捕四名菲籍女子，同日晚上於機場邊境站截獲經治安警察局協助攔截的第五名菲籍女子。
本局根據調查所得，以詐騙（巨額）罪及清洗黑錢罪將五名涉案女子移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續追查其餘在逃涉嫌人。
Five Filipinas arrested for massive fraud and money laundering
The Judiciary Police received a report from a male victim earlier, who alleged that he had fallen prey to an online romance scam. The victim had got acquainted with a female internet user via social media in the beginning of March 2026 and developed a romantic relationship with her. The other party said that she would send some expensive gifts, and deceived the victim with pretexts such as paying the Customs fines between March 19th and March 23rd. The unsuspecting victim deposited a total of MOP32,700 on three occasions to a designated local bank account, only to realise that he had been scammed after the other party became unreachable and reported the case.
Investigation of the IT Crimes Division of the Judiciary Police revealed that the above bank account was not only used to receive money defrauded from the male victim, but was also used to receive MOP18,567 from another female victim using the same method. The bank account operator then distributed and transferred the fraudulent fund of MOP51,267 in total to the accounts of three other involved women. All the money was ultimately withdrawn in cash by the remaining involved persons through ATM machines.
After identifying the involved persons, the Judiciary Police arrested four Filipinas at their residences in Macao and Taipa on May 26th, and intercepted the fifth Filipina at the airport checkpoint on the same evening with the assistance of the Public Security Police Force.
Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the five involved women to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of fraud (massive) and money laundering, while continuing to pursue the remaining involved persons at large.

A PJ recebeu a denúncia de um homem que alegou ter sido vítima da burla do namoro, online. A vítima conheceu, no início de Março de 2026, uma mulher através de uma aplicação nas redes sociais e os dois iniciaram uma relação amorosa. A mulher disse que lhe enviaria presentes de grande valor e entre os dias 19 e 23 de Março, usou vários pretextos, como o pagamento de uma multa alfandegária, para convencer a vítima. Este acreditou nela e efectuou três depósitos, no total de 32.700 patacas, para uma conta bancária local que lhe foi indicada. Só depois da mulher se ter tornado incontactável é que a vítima percebeu ter caído num golpe e denunciou o caso.
Na investigação da Divisão de Investigação de Crimes Informáticos da PJ, ficou apurado que, além de ter recebido o dinheiro obtido junto da primeira vítima, a referida conta também recebeu 18.567 patacas provenientes de outra vítima, igualmente enganada pelo mesmo esquema. O utilizador da conta dividiu então o valor total obtido com a burla, no montante de 51.267 patacas, e transferiu-o para as contas de outras três mulheres envolvidas no caso, tendo por fim, todo o dinheiro sido levantado pelas restantes suspeitas em caixas multibanco.
Após a identificação das suspeitas, a PJ deteve, em 26 de Maio, quatro mulheres filipinas nas suas residências, em Macau e na Taipa. Na mesma noite, foi detida a quinta suspeita filipina, no Posto Fronteiriço do Aeroporto, com o auxílio da CPSP.
De acordo com os resultados obtidos na investigação, as cinco detidas foram presentes ao MP por burla (de valor elevado) e branqueamento de capitais. A PJ vai continuar à procura de mais suspeitos em fuga.
