香港男子涉強姦被捕

本局於2026年5月26日清晨接獲治安警察局通知，指路氹城某酒店房間發生一宗懷疑強姦案。經調查，涉案香港男子與女事主為普通朋友，於5月25日邀請事主來澳賭博，並聲稱會預訂兩間房間，惟抵澳後事主才發現對方僅預訂了一間雙床房。

兩人隨後在娛樂場各自賭博，至5月26日凌晨一同返回房間分床入睡。其間，事主入睡時突遭涉案男子環抱，其後極力反抗，但因力氣不及未能即時掙脫而被涉案男子強姦。隨後，事主成功掙脫並衝出房間呼救，獲其他住客協助暫避，而涉案男子則在房間門外被酒店保安員截獲，隨後移交警方跟進。本局第一統籌科接報後隨即派員展開調查。經法醫鑑定，事主雙前臂、臉頰及雙膝均有符合遭受強制及試圖逃跑所造成的抵抗傷與挫傷。

本局根據調查所得，以強姦罪將涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦。

Hong Kong man apprehended for rape

On the early morning of 26th May 2026, the Judiciary Police was notified by the Public Security Police Force that a suspected case of rape had taken place in a hotel room in the Cotai district.  Investigation revealed that the involved Hong Kong man and the female victim were casual friends.  He invited the victim to come to Macao for gambling on May 25th, claiming that he would reserve 2 rooms.  However, the victim found after arriving in Macao that the opposite party had only reserved a twin room.

After gambling separately in the casino, the duo returned to the room together, sleeping in their respective beds on the early morning of May 26th.  During that period of time, the victim was suddenly held by the involved man when she was sleeping.  Having resisted desperately, the victim could not struggle free due to insufficient strength and was raped by the involved man.  Later, when the victim successfully broke free and rushed out of the room to call for help, she was assisted by other guests to shelter her temporarily, while the involved man was intercepted by the hotel security guard at the door outside the room and was subsequently transferred to the police for follow-up.  Upon receiving the report, the First Section of Coordination of the Judiciary Police immediately deployed officers to initiate investigation.  Forensic examination confirmed that resistance injuries and contusions resulting from coercion and attempted escape were found on the victim’s forearms, cheeks and knees.

Based on the investigative results, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of rape.

Detido um homem de Hong Kong suspeito de prática do crime de violação

Na madrugada do dia 26 de Maio de 2026, a PJ foi informada pelo CPSP que ocorreu um caso de violação no quarto dum hotel do Cotai. Após investigações, confirmou-se que o suspeito de Hong Kong e a vítima são amigos casuais e, em 25 de Maio, o suspeito convidou a vítima para jogar em Macau alegando que iria alugar dois quartos. Porém, quando a vítima chegou em Macau, descobriu que o mesmo tinha alugado apenas um quarto twin.

Posteriormente, os dois foram jogar separadamente em casino e, na madrugada do dia 26 de Maio, voltaram juntos para o quarto e indo dormir em camas diferentes. Quando a vítima estava a dormir, o suspeito, de repente, abraçou-a por trás. A vítima tentou resistir mas não conseguiu e foi violada. Mais tarde, a vítima conseguiu livrar-se e saiu apressadamente do quarto pedindo socorro. Outros hóspedes ajudaram-na a ficar temporariamente num local seguro tendo os guardas de segurança do hotel interceptado o suspeito fora do quarto e entregaram-no à Polícia. Após recepção da informação, a 1ª Secção de Coordenação da PJ enviou imediatamente pessoal para realizar investigações.

Conforme resultado do exame médico-legal, os ferimentos e contusões em antebraços, rosto e joelhos da vítima são compatíveis com resistência física contra uma força oposta ou associada a tentativas de fuga.

Com base nos resultados da investigação, o suspeito foi presente ao MP por crime de violação.
