四菲籍男子涉販吸毒及持器具被拘
本局根據情報消息，掌握有菲律賓人士在本澳從事販毒活動。
2026年5月17日上午展開部署，本局人員發現首名涉案男子經港珠澳大橋口岸入境本澳，本局隨即進行嚴密監視。至約12時，第一名涉案男子與第二名涉案男子在中區會面，本局人員隨即對其進行截查，於首名涉案男子身上搜獲含依托咪酯及氯胺酮的電子煙彈、毒品包裝袋、吸毒工具及懷疑毒資2,800港元。
本局人員隨後將第二名涉案男子押返住所搜查，在單位內截獲其餘兩名涉案男子，並搜獲冰毒、吸毒及分拆工具。調查顯示，首名涉案男子從香港偷運毒品來澳販賣予第二名涉案男子，再由第二名涉案男子指使第三及第四名涉案男子向同鄉販售圖利。經化驗證實，涉案冰毒及煙彈共重約22.32克，價值約31,600澳門元，四名涉案男子尿液檢測均對毒品呈陽性反應。
本局根據調查所得，以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪、不法吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪，以及不適當持有器具或設備罪，將四名涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦，並將繼續追查其他涉案人士。
Four Filipinos involved in drug trafficking and consumption and possession of utensils under arrest
Based on intelligence reports, the Judiciary Police learned that some Filipino nationals had been engaging in drug trafficking activities in Macao.
Deployments were initiated on the morning of 17th May 2026, the Judiciary Police personnel found the first involved man entering Macao via the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Port. The Judiciary Police immediately placed him under close surveillance. At around 12:00 p.m., the first involved man met up with the second involved man in the Central district, at which point the Judiciary Police immediately intercepted them for investigation. The first involved man was found in possession of e-cigarette cartridges containing etomidate and ketamine, packaging bags of drugs, drug paraphernalia and suspected drug proceeds of HKD2,800.
The Judiciary Police personnel subsequently escorted the second involved man back to his residence for a search, wherein the remaining two involved men were intercepted with seizure of the drug “ice”, drug paraphernalia and packaging tools. Investigation revealed that the first involved man had smuggled drugs from Hong Kong to Macao and sold them to the second involved man, who then instructed the third and the fourth involved men to sell them to fellow countrymen for profits. Laboratory tests confirmed that the involved drugs “ice” and e-cigarette cartridges weighed a total of approximately 22.32 grams, valued at around MOP31,600. Urine drug tests conducted on the four involved men all yielded positive results.
Based on investigative results, the Judiciary Police transferred the four involved men to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, illegal consumption of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, and improper possession of utensils or equipment, while continuing to pursue the remaining involved individuals.
