兩名香港男女涉販吸毒就逮

2026年5月7日,本澳一酒店職員發現有入住旅客形跡可疑,遂按照酒店業通報機制通報本局。
本局毒品罪案調查處人員接報後馬上趕抵酒店進行調查,現場截獲兩名涉案香港男女,並在涉案男子身上搜獲3包共重約29.43克的懷疑毒品可卡因,以及懷疑毒資83,300港元現金。此外,在二人入住的房間梳妝枱上再搜獲3包共重約4.82克的懷疑毒品可卡因,並起獲玻璃器皿、玻璃管及打火機等吸毒工具。
經深入調查,有強烈跡象顯示兩名涉案男女均有吸毒惡習,且在酒店房間內共同吸食毒品,其中涉案男子涉嫌將毒品偷運來澳販賣圖利。
本局刑事技術廳對查獲的懷疑毒品緊急化驗後,確認為毒品可卡因。另外,兩名涉案男女的尿液檢測結果,亦對毒品呈陽性反應。
是次行動共搜獲毒品可卡因約34.25克,約值68,500澳門元。
本局根據調查所得,分別以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物、不法吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物和不適當持有器具或設備等罪將兩名涉案香港男女移送檢察院偵辦,並繼續追查毒品來源及其餘涉案人。
Hong Kong man and woman arrested for drug trafficking and drug consumption

On 7th May 2026, a staff member of a Macao hotel found certain guests were acting suspiciously, thus notified the Judiciary Police according to the Hotel Industry Notification Mechanism.
Personnel of the Narcotics Division of the Judiciary Police rushed to the hotel for investigation upon receiving the notification, intercepting two involved Hong Kong man and woman at the scene, finding 3 packs of suspected cocaine weighing 29.43 grams in total and HKD 83,300 suspected to be drug proceeds on the involved man. Furthermore, another 3 packs of suspected cocaine weighing 4.82 grams in total were found on the make-up table in the room they stayed, seizing drug taking utensils such as glass containers, glass tubes and lighter therein.
After in-depth investigation, there were strong signs indicating that the two involved persons were habitual drug-takers and had taken drugs together in the hotel room. The involved man was suspected to have smuggled drugs to sell in Macao for profit.
After urgent examination conducted by the Forensic Science Department of the Judiciary Police, the suspected drug seized was confirmed to be cocaine. Furthermore, urine drug test conducted on the two involved persons yielded positive results.
Around 34.25 grams of the drug cocaine was seized in the operation, worth around MOP 68,500.
Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the two involved Hong Kong persons to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of illegal trafficking of narcotic and psychotropic substances, illegal consumption of narcotic and psychotropic substances and inappropriate possession of tools or equipment, while continuing to pursue the origin of the drugs and the remaining involved persons.
