本澳男子涉性侵兒童落網
本局於2026年4月9日晚接報一宗涉及兒童的性侵案件。案情顯示，事主因手顫問題，於2026年3月31日及4月3日由家人及朋友陪同到本澳一診所就診，獲任職該診所的涉案本澳男子按摩治療，過程並無異樣。其後事主於4月7日獨自前往覆診，涉案本澳男子在按摩治療期間突然扯下事主的衣物，按壓及窺看其私處，並在事主腰間塗抹不明液體致其身體不適。事主回家後立即將事件告知家長，並在家長陪同下到本局檢舉。
本局第一統籌科展開調查，於2026年4月13日下午在司法官批准下到上述診所進行搜證工作，檢獲催情用按摩油。此外，本局人員於調查期間發現涉案診所存在以虛假方式收取電子醫療券的情況。
本局根據調查所得，以對兒童之性侵犯罪將涉案本澳男子移送檢察院偵辦，並將就案中懷疑有人詐騙政府醫療補貼的情況另立案卷調查。
Local man arrested for sexually assaulting a child
The Judiciary Police received a sexual assault case involving a child on the evening of 4 April 2026. Case information suggested that the victim, suffering from tremors in her hands, was accompanied by her family and friends to a clinic for consultation on 31 March and 3 April 2026, where she received massage treatment from the involved local man working at the clinic. Nothing peculiar happened during the process. When the victim went for a follow-up consultation later on April 7th, the involved local man suddenly tore off her clothes during the massage treatment, pressed on and peeped at her private parts. He had also applied some unknown liquid on the victim’s waist, making her unwell. Immediately after she went home, the victim reported the incident to her parents, who accompanied her to file a complaint at the Judiciary Police.
The 1st Section of Coordination of the Judiciary Police launched investigation, and, with the approval from the magistrate on the afternoon of 13 April 2026, collected evidence at the aforesaid clinic, where they seized aphrodisiac massage oil. During investigation, the Judiciary Police officers also discovered that the involved clinic had collected electronic medical vouchers in a deceptive manner.
Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved local man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charge of sexual assault against children, while launching a separate investigation into the case involving suspected fraud of government medical subsidies.
