本澳男子涉性犯罪被拘
2026年1月至3月期間，本局先後接獲五名女事主報案，稱在本澳一醫療機構內被任職於該機構的一名本澳男子性侵犯及性騷擾。案情顯示，2021年2月首名事主在上述機構就診期間，以及2025年其餘四名事主在上述機構實習期間，遭涉案本澳男子分別以治療及輔導個案為由觸摸身體多處，各人因擔心被報復而不敢舉報。其後首名事主因感困擾而報警求助；另外四名事主則於近日交流期間獲悉各人均遭遇性騷擾，故決定向本局檢舉。
本局第一統籌科展開調查，於2026年3月26日下午到涉案男子工作地點將其截獲。
本局根據調查所得，以對無能力抗拒的人的性侵犯罪，以及加重性騷擾罪將涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Local man apprehended for sexual offence
Between January and March 2026, the Judiciary Police successively received reports from 5 female victims, stating that they had been sexually assaulted and harassed in a medical institution by a local man working there. Case details revealed that during the first victim’s medical treatment in the abovementioned institution in February 2021, as well as the remaining 4 victims’ internships in the abovementioned institution in 2025, they were touched on multiple parts of the body by the involved local man under the pretext of treatment and counselling case respectively. Each one of them dared not report the case due to worry of retaliation. Yet out of disturbance, the first victim reported to the police later for help, while the other 4 victims only realised that they had all been sexually harassed during a recent communication, they thus decided to report to the Judiciary Police for help.
The First Section of Coordination of the Judiciary Police initiated investigation, intercepting the involved man at his workplace on the afternoon of 26th March 2026.
Based on the investigative results, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of sexually assaulting a person incapable of resistance and aggravated sexual harassment.
