四男女涉虛假聘用被拘
2025年9月18日，本局有組織罪案調查處應檢察院要求調查一宗涉及虛假聘用的案件。經查，涉案越南籍女子欲來澳工作，經在逃涉案人介紹而認識涉案越南籍男子，在對方協助下獲本澳北區一食店為其辦理外地僱員身份認別證。事成後，涉案越南籍女子除向食店兩名本澳男女東主及涉案越南籍男子分別支付40,000及2,000澳門元報酬外，亦應涉案本澳女店東要求開設銀行帳戶並將銀行卡交予涉案越南籍男子保管，於每月發薪後由涉案越南籍男子提取相關款項並返還予涉案本澳女店東，藉此營造發薪假象以規避警方追查，而涉案越南籍女子實際上並無在涉案食店工作。
本局根據調查所得，以為取得許可而虛偽作出並主張某些法律行為罪將兩名涉案越南籍男女及兩名涉案本澳男女移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續追緝其餘在逃涉案人。
Four individuals arrested for false employment
On 18th September 2025, the Organized Crime Division of the Judiciary Police initiated an investigation into a case of false employment at the request of the Public Prosecutions Office. Investigation revealed that the involved Vietnamese woman sought to work in Macao and got acquainted with the involved Vietnamese man through the referral of the involved individual at large. With the assistance of the involved Vietnamese man, an eatery in the Northern district in Macao facilitated the application of Non-resident Worker’s ID Card for her. After the application was completed, the Vietnamese woman paid remuneration of MOP40,000 to the two local proprietors of the eatery (a man and a woman) and MOP2,000 to the involved Vietnamese man respectively. Furthermore, at the request of the female local proprietor, she opened a bank account and handed the bank card to the involved Vietnamese man for safekeeping. After each monthly payroll, the involved Vietnamese man would withdraw the relevant funds and return them to the female proprietor, thereby creating a false appearance of salary payments in order to evade police investigation, while the involved Vietnamese woman did not actually work at the involved eatery.
Based on the investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the two involved Vietnamese individuals and the two involved local individuals to the Public Prosecutions Office for investigation on charges of falsely performing and asserting certain legal acts to obtain permits, while continuing to pursue the remaining involved individual at large.
