內地男子涉加重盜竊及詐騙被拘
2026年2月23日清晨,本局接獲治安警察局轉交一宗加重盜竊案。案情顯示,女事主與兩名女子分別租住案發單位的兩個房間,於2026年2月7日傍晚,女事主點算其存放於房間一抽屜內的170,000港元現金及放置在枱面玻璃瓶內的19粒金粒後,鎖上房門離澳回鄉。直至2月23日凌晨,事主返回房間後發現上述共值200,850澳門元的財物失竊,故立即報警求助。
本局第四統籌科跟進調查,鎖定事主其中一名合租室友的內地男友涉案。同日早上,涉案內地男子自行向治安警察局投案。經本局人員調查,證實涉案內地男子於2026年2月7日及21日,先後兩次以假鎖匙進入單位並開啟事主房門行竊,再將金粒帶到押店當得20,000港元,有關贓款已全數在賭場輸清。其後本局人員成功於押店內起回全部19粒金粒。
本局根據調查所得,以加重盜竊及詐騙罪將涉案內地男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Mainlander arrested for aggravated theft and fraud
In the wee hours of 23rd February 2026, the Judiciary Police received an aggravated theft case from the Public Security Police Force. Case details revealed that the female victim and two women respectively rented two bedrooms of the apartment where the incident had happened. On the evening of 7th February 2026, after the female victim counted HKD170,000 of cash, placed inside a drawer in the bedroom, and 19 pieces of gold grains, stored inside a glass bottle on the desk, she locked the bedroom door and exited Macao for her hometwon. It was until the wee hours of February 23rd when the victim returned to her bedroom, she discovered that the aforementioned MOP200,850 worth of belongings were stolen, forthwith reported to the police for help.
The 4th Section of Coordination of the Judiciary Police followed up on the investigation, and identified the mainland boyfriend of one of the housemates. On the same morning, the involved mainland man turned himself in at the Public Security Police Force. Subsequent to investigation by the Judiciary Police officers, it was confirmed that the involved mainland man had entered the apartment with fake keys and unlocked the victim’s bedroom door for stealing successively on 7th and 21st February 2026. The gold grains were taken to a pawnshop in exchange for HKD20,000, which had all been gambled away in casinos. Afterwards, the Judiciary Police officers successfully recovered all the 19 pieces of gold grains from the pawnshop.
Based on investigative results, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved mainland man to the Public Prosecutions Office with the charges of aggravated theft and fraud.
