偵破酒店加重盜竊案 內地男子就逮
2026年2月17日，本局接獲治安警察局轉介一宗加重盜竊案件，指一名男子報稱在路氹城區某酒店房間內，遭同住的男子盜去70萬港元籌碼。
案情顯示，事主於2026年2月10日來澳賭博，入住由涉案內地男子租住的路氹城區某酒店房間。2月16日凌晨，事主賭博後返回房間，將載有70萬港元籌碼的手提包放在椅子上然後就寢，當時涉案男子並不在房內。事主於同日上午約10時醒來，發現涉案男子已在房間，對方即表示已將事主的70萬港元籌碼輸掉。經事主檢查，證實存放於手提包內的籌碼全數被盜，遂報警追究。
本局第二統籌科跟進調查，證實涉案男子於2月16日上午約7時返回房間，逗留數分鐘後離開，隨即前往娛樂場賭博，並將盜取得的70萬港元籌碼全數輸光。本局以加重盜竊罪將涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Mainland Chinese man arrested in crackdown of aggravated theft case in hotel
In a case of aggravated theft transferred from the Public Security Police Force to the Judiciary Police on 17th February 2026, HKD 700,000 in chips was reportedly stolen from a man by his roommate at a hotel room in Cotai.
Case information suggested that the victim had come to Macao for gambling on 10th February 2026 and stayed at a hotel room in Cotai booked by the involved mainland Chinese man. During the wee hours on February 16th, the victim returned to the room after gambling and placed his handbag containing HKD 700,000 in chips on the chair before going to bed. The involved man was not in the room at that time. When the victim woke up at about 10 a.m. that day, the involved man was already there, telling him that he had gambled away all of the victim’s HKD 700,000 in chips. The victim checked his bag, only to find that all chips therein had been stolen, hence his report to the police.
The 2nd Section of Coordination of the Judiciary Police launched investigation, ascertaining that the involved man had returned to the room at about 7 a.m. on February 16th and left after several minutes. He had gone gambling at the casino right away and lost all of the stolen HKD 700,000 in chips. He was transferred to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charge of aggravated theft.
Detido um homem do continente por furto qualificado em hotel
No dia 17 de Fevereiro de 2026, a PJ recebeu um caso de furto qualificado transferido pelo CPSP. No qual, um homem relatou que fichas de jogo no valor de 700.000 HKD foram furtadas do seu quarto de hotel no Cotai.
Segundo o apurado, em 10 de Fevereiro de 2026, a vítima chegou a Macau para jogar no casino e pernoitava num quarto de hotel alugado pelo suspeito do continente, no Cotai. Na madrugada do dia 16 de Fevereiro, após ter jogado, a vítima voltou ao quarto e deixou a mala com fichas de jogo no valor de 700.000 HKD em cima da cadeira e depois foi dormir. Naquele momento o suspeito não estava no quarto. Por volta das 10H00 do mesmo dia, a vítima acordou e encontrou o suspeito no quarto a dizer que tinha perdido as fichas no valor de 700.000 HKD na mesa do jogo. Após verificação da vítima, ficou confirmado o furto e apresentada a queixa na polícia.
Na investigação da 2.ª Secção de Coordenação da PJ, verificou-se que o detido voltou ao quarto, por volta das 7H00 da manhã no dia 16 de Fevereiro, permanecendo alguns minutos e saindo de seguida. Deslocou-se ao casino e perdeu todas as fichas furtadas no valor de 700.000 HKD. O detido foi presente ao MP por furto qualificado.
