司警局偵破酒店販毒案 一內地男子被拘
2026年2月16日下午，本局接獲路氹城區某酒店通報，指職員清潔房間時發現懷疑吸毒工具，隨即派出毒品罪案調查處人員到場跟進。
本局人員在酒店協助下成功在酒店周邊截獲涉案內地男子，在其身上、房間及行李箱內搜獲27包共重約127.2克“冰”毒、5包共重約38.2克氯胺酮、35粒共重約16.81克搖頭丸、2包懷疑毒品的紅色粉末，以及電子磅、透明膠袋和改裝水樽等分拆及吸毒工具，全部毒品總值約42.6萬澳門元，另扣押2萬港元懷疑毒資。
經本局刑事技術廳化驗，證實上述搜獲懷疑毒品為“冰”毒、氯胺酮及MDMA（即搖頭丸）；另2包懷疑毒品的紅色粉末仍在作進一步化驗；涉案男子尿液檢測結果對毒品呈陽性反應。
綜合調查所得，有強烈跡象顯示涉案男子吸毒及販毒，本局以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪、不法吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪、不適當持有器具或設備罪將之移送檢察院偵辦，並追查毒品來源。
Macao Judiciary Police busted drug trafficking in hotel with one mainland man arrested
On the afternoon of 16th February 2026, the Judiciary Police was notified by a hotel in Cotai district, alleging that suspected drug consuming tools were discovered when housekeeping staff were making up the room. Nacrotics Division officers were immediately dispactched to the scene for follow up.
Aided by the hotel, the Judiciary Police officers successfully intercepted the involved mainland man in the hotel’s periphery, seizing on him, in the room and from the luggage 27 sachets of the drug “ice”, weighing around 127.2 grams in total, 5 sachets of ketamine, weighing around 38.2 grams in total, 35 pieces of ecstasy, weighing around 16.81 grams in total, 2 sachets of red powder, suspected to be drugs, as well as drug packaging and drug consuming tools such as electronic scale, transparent plastic bags and altered water bottles. All the drugs were worth around MOP426,000, along with HKD20,000 suspected drug proceeds seized.
Upon examination by the Forensic Science Department of the Judiciary Police, it was verified that the aforementioned seized suspected drugs were “ice”, ketamine and MDMA (i.e. ecstasy), while the two sachets of suspicious red powder were still being examined further. The involved man’s urine test yielded positive results to drugs.
Integrating the investigative results, there were strong signs indicating that the involved man consumed and trafficked drugs. The Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office with the charges of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, illegal consumption of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, and improper possession of utensils or equipment, while continuing to pursue the origin of the drugs.
Resolvido um caso de tráfico de droga num hotel, foi detido um homem do Interior da China
Na tarde de 16 de Fevereiro de 2026, a PJ foi informada que num hotel do Cotai, um trabalhador de limpeza encontrou num quarto utensílios supostamente para consumo de droga. Assim, enviou imediatamente pessoal da Divisão de Investigação e Combate ao Tráfico de Estupefacientes ao local referido para acompanhar o caso.
Com a ajuda de pessoal do hotel, os nossos agentes conseguiram deter o homem envolvido, que é um residente do Interior da China, perto do hotel. Na posse dele, no seu quarto de hotel e na bagagem foram encontrados 27 pacotes com “ice”, com peso total de 127,2 gramas, 5 pacotes de ketamina com peso total de 38,2 gramas, 35 comprimidos de ecstasy com peso total de 16,81 gramas, 2 pacotes com pó avermelhado, supostamente droga, bem como equipamentos para divisão e consumo de droga, como balança, pacotes transparentes e garrafas adaptadas. As substâncias valiam cerca de 426 mil patacas e foi apreendido 230 mil HKD suposto dinheiro envolvido nesse caso de droga.
O Departamento de Ciências Forenses realizou análise química e confirmou que as substâncias apreendidas são “ice”, ketamina e MDMA (ecstasy); em relação ao pó avermelhado colocado em dois pacotes foi submetido a análise aprofundada; o exame de urina do homem envolvido testou positivo quanto ao uso de droga.
Com base nos resultados obtidos na investigação, revelaram-se fortes sinais de que o homem envolvido tinha consumido e traficado droga, pelo que foi presente ao Ministério Público acusado de crime de tráfico e consumo de estupefacientes, como também de crime de detenção indevida de utensílios ou equipamentos. A PJ vai investigar a providência das drogas.
