外籍家傭涉加重盜竊及詐騙被捕
2026年2月11日，本局接獲治安警察局轉介一宗發生於北區一大廈單位的家傭盜竊案件。
案情顯示，涉案外籍女傭為留宿傭工，自2025年6月起受僱於本澳女事主。案發當日中午，女事主於單位房間進行大掃除時，發現書櫃未上鎖抽屜內多件飾物不翼而飛，遂質問涉案女傭。其當場承認盜去飾物並已典當，典當所得款項10,900港元全數用於賭博並已輸清。女事主報案求助，報稱損失六件飾物，總值約32,020澳門元。
本局第四統籌科接手調查，證實涉案女傭盜去上述飾物，典當所得款項全數用於賭博。本局其後於本澳兩間押店成功起回涉案六件飾物，經女事主辨認，確認屬其所有。
本局根據調查所得，以加重盜竊罪及詐騙罪將涉案女傭移送檢察院偵辦。
Non-resident domestic helper arrested for aggravated theft and fraud
On 11th February 2026, the Public Security Police Force referred to the Judiciary Police a theft case which had taken place in an apartment of a building in the Northern District involving a domestic helper.
Case details indicated that the involved non-resident housemaid was a live-in worker employed by a female victim in Macao since June 2025. At noon on the day of the incident, while cleaning thoroughly in a room of the apartment, the victim discovered that several ornaments were missing from an unlocked drawer in the bookcase. Therefore, she questioned the housemaid, who admitted on the spot to stealing and pawning the ornaments. The pawning proceeds of HKD10,900 were all gambled away. The victim reported to the police for assistance, stating her loss of six ornaments with a total value of approximately MOP32,020.
The Fourth Section of Coordination of the Judiciary Police took over the investigation and confirmed that the housemaid had stolen the aforementioned ornaments and used all the proceeds from the pawning for gambling. Afterwards, the Judiciary Police successfully recovered the six involved ornaments from two pawnshops in Macao, which were identified and confirmed by the victim to be hers.
Based on the investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved housemaid to the Public Prosecutions Office on charges of aggravated theft and fraud.
Empregada doméstica estrangeira detida por furto qualificado e burla
Em 11 de Fevereiro de 2026, o CPSP transferiu para a PJ um caso de furto ocorrido num apartamento da zona norte, cometido por uma empregada doméstica.
Conforme o apurado, a empregada doméstica estrangeira, que era uma trabalhadora alojada, foi contratada pela vítima de Macau em Junho de 2025. Na tarde do dia da ocorrência do crime, quando a vítima estava a limpar o seu apartamento, descobriu que várias peças de jóias tinham desaparecido de uma gaveta destrancada da sua estante e questionou a empregada. Ela admitiu ter furtado e penhorado as jóias, afirmando que perdeu os 10.900 dólares de Hong Kong obtidos da casa de penhor no jogo. A vítima fez queixa na PJ, dizendo ter perdido seis peças de jóias, num valor total de 32.020 patacas.
A 4.ª Secção de Coordenação da PJ realizou a investigação e verificou que a empregada doméstica furtou as jóias acima referidas e perdeu tudo o dinheiro obtido no jogo. A PJ recuperou posteriormente as seis jóias em duas casas de penhor em Macau. Após a identificação feita pela vítima, confirmou-se que as jóias lhe pertenciam.
Com base nos resultados da investigação, a detida foi presente ao Ministério Público por furto qualificado e burla.
