三內地漢涉搶劫被拘
2026年2月8日，本局接獲治安警察局轉介一宗發生於路氹城區一酒店門外的搶劫案。
一名內地男事主報稱，其於2026年2月初在本澳娛樂場認識的一名內地友人，因賭敗欲借款翻本，事主遂介紹了此前在娛樂場結識、自稱可提供借款服務的首名涉案內地男子。事主表示並未參與後續借貸事宜，亦未收取任何報酬。至2月8日晚上，事主於路氹城區一娛樂場用膳期間，遇見首名涉案男子及其兩名同夥（即第二及第三名涉案男子）。事主應要求隨三人至酒店門外交談，因拒絕協助首名涉案男子聯繫上述借款友人還款，隨即遭該三名男子及另一名稍後到場的在逃涉案男子以拳腳毆打。期間事主取出手機欲報警，卻被其中一人強行奪去，以阻止其報警。事件驚動酒店保安介入，四名涉案男子隨即逃離現場。
事主報稱損失一部價值約4,000港元的手機。經檢驗，其身體多處受傷疼痛，雖無明顯外傷，但已構成普通傷害。
本局第四統籌科隨即展開調查，並於2月9日分別在皇朝區一食肆緝獲首名及第二名涉案男子，以及在澳門一酒店客房內緝獲第三名涉案男子，而第四名涉案男子於犯案後已逃回內地。
本局根據調查所得，以搶劫罪將三名涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續追查在逃涉案男子之下落。
Three mainland Chinese men arrested for robbery
The Judiciary Police received from the Public Security Police Force a case of robbery that had taken place outside a hotel in Cotai on 8th February 2026.
In early February 2026, at a Macao casino, the male victim from mainland China reportedly got acquainted with a fellow countryman, who wished to borrow money to recoup his losses at gambling. The victim then introduced him to the first involved mainland Chinese man, with whom he had met earlier at the casino and who could allegedly offer loans. The victim reportedly had neither engaged in the loan thereafter, nor had he received any reward for that matter. During dinner at a casino in Cotai on the evening of February 8th, the victim, coming across the first involved mainland Chinese man and the latter’s two accomplices (i.e. the second and third involved men), was demanded to converse with the trio outside the hotel. When he refused to contact his money-borrowing friend for the first involved man, he was beaten by the three men and another involved man who had arrived later and absconded since. During the clash, the victim tried to call the police with his mobile phone, only to be stopped by one of the gang by grabbing his phone. Alarmed by the commotion, the hotel security guards intervened, such that the foursome fled the scene immediately.
The victim, having reportedly lost a mobile phone worth about HKD 4,000, was found to have suffered pain from injuries in multiple parts of his body. Even the absence of apparent external wound sufficed common assault.
Promptly launching investigation, the 4th Section of Coordination of the Judiciary Police respectively captured the first and second involved men at an eatery in NAPE and the third in a hotel room in Macao. The fourth involved man had fled to mainland China after his perpetration.
Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the three involved men to the Public Prosecutions Office for the charge of robbery, while continuing to pursue the involved man at large.

No dia 8 de Fevereiro de 2026, o CPSP transferiu à PJ um caso de roubo, ocorrido à porta dum hotel no Cotai.
De acordo com as declarações feitas por um homem do continente, no início de Fevereiro de 2026, conheceu um amigo também da China num casino de Macau, que lhe pediu um empréstimo por ter perdido dinheiro a jogar. Assim este, apresentou-lhe o primeiro suspeito do caso, que tinha conhecido antes no casino e alegava oferecer soluções de empréstimo. Este vincou o facto não estar envolvido nas acções posteriores nem ter recebido qualquer rendimento. Na noite de 8 de Fevereiro, durante a refeição, o homem encontrou o primeiro suspeito e os seus dois cúmplices, segundo e terceiro suspeito, e a pedido dos mesmos, foram até à porta do hotel para conversarem. Como o homem se recusou ajudar o primeiro suspeito a contactar o devedor acima referido para a liquidação da dívida, foi agredido com socos e pontapés pelos três suspeitos e por outro homem que chegou mais tarde. No momento, a vítima retirou o telemóvel e tentou ligar à polícia, mas acabou por ser roubado por um deles. Aquilo que aconteceu despertou a atenção dos seguranças do hotel, e essa intervenção fez com que os quatro homens fugissem do local.
A vítima declarou o prejuízo dum telemóvel no valor aproximado de 4.000 HKD. Após um exame médico, foram-lhe detectadas no corpo contusões e dores múltiplas, sem feridas traumáticas visíveis, tratando-se de ofensas simples à integridade física.
A 4.ª Secção de Coordenação desencadeou uma investigação e no dia 9 de Fevereiro, conseguiu deter o primeiro e o segundo suspeito num restaurante do NAPE, e o terceiro no quarto dum hotel. Ficou confirmado, que o quarto homem tinha fugido para o Interior da China depois do crime.
Conforme o apurado na investigação, os três homens detidos foram presentes ao Ministério Público por roubo, ao passo que a PJ continua à procura do outro homem em fuga.
