兩內地漢涉搶劫就逮
2025年12月1日，本局接報稱路氹城區一酒店客房內發生一宗搶劫案，一名內地男子遭持刀襲擊並被劫去10萬港元現金。
經調查，事主當日應早前認識的一名涉案內地男子邀約，前往酒店客房洽談生意。事主進入房間後，遭對方以水果刀脅迫，對方聲稱因賭博失利，要求事主借款翻本。事主試圖離開被阻，雙方糾纏期間，事主額頭、耳朵及左手多處被割傷，最終被迫交出共10萬港元現金。涉案男子得手後逃去。
本局第四統籌科迅速展開調查，發現除房內作案男子外，另有第二名男子在房外把風。兩人作案後即經港珠澳大橋口岸返回內地。本局隨即啟動緊急通報機制請求內地協助，惟獲悉兩人已於同日晚上從廣州乘搭航班離境。
2025年12月22日上午，首名涉案男子再次入境本澳時被截獲，並帶返本局調查。調查證實，首名涉案男子與次名涉案男子因賭博失利合謀作案，作案後將贓款兌換為約91,000元人民幣並瓜分。本局根據調查所得，以搶劫罪將首名涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦。
2026年2月4日，本局國際刑警組織中國國家中心局澳門支局收到內地警方通知，次名涉案男子已在江西省被緝捕歸案。本案成功偵破，體現兩地警務合作機制恆之有效，充分突顯兩地警方打擊跨境犯罪的決心與能力。
Two mainland men arrested for robbery
On 1st December 2025, the Judiciary Police received a report that a case of robbery had taken place in a hotel room in the Cotai district, in which a mainland man was assaulted with a knife and was robbed of HKD 100,000 in cash.
Investigation revealed that the victim was invited by the involved mainland man acquainted earlier on the day of the incident, to go to a hotel room for business negotiation. After entering the room, the victim was threatened with a fruit knife by the involved man, who demanded the victim to lend him money for winning back his gambling losses. The victim attempted to leave but was restrained. During the scuffle, the victim got numerous cuts on his forehead, ears and left hand. He was eventually forced to hand over a total of HKD 100,000 in cash, with which the involved man fled the scene.
The 4th Section of Coordination of the Judiciary Police swiftly initiated an investigation and found that other than the perpetrating man in the room, another man was on the lookout outside the room. The duo fled to the mainland via the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge port immediately after the perpetration. The Judiciary Police immediately activated the emergency notification mechanism to request assistance from the mainland, only to learn that the duo had already departed on a flight from Guangzhou on the night of the same day.
On the morning of 22nd December 2025, the first involved man was intercepted when he was re-entering Macao and was taken back to the Judiciary Police for investigation. Investigation confirmed that the first involved man and the second involved man had conspired the perpetration due to gambling losses. The robbed amount was exchanged for RMB 91,000 after the perpetration and was split among them. The Judiciary Police transferred the first involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of robbery based on investigative findings.
On 4th February 2026, INTERPOL Macao, Sub-Bureau of NCB China of the Judiciary Police was notified by the mainland police that the second involved man had already been apprehended in Jiangxi province. The successful crack of this case had demonstrated the effectiveness of the policing cooperation mechanism of the two police forces, while sufficiently exemplifying the determination and capacity of the two police forces in combatting cross-border crimes.
Detidos dois homens do continente por roubo
No dia 1 de Dezembro de 2025, a PJ recebeu um caso de roubo ocorrido num quarto de hotel do Cotai, onde um homem do Interior da China foi esfaqueado e acabou por ser roubado de 100.000 dólares de Hong Kong.
Na investigação, foi apurado que a vítima foi a um quarto de hotel naquele dia a convite de um homem do Interior da China, que conhecera anteriormente, para tratar de negócios. Ao entrar no quarto, a vítima foi ameaçada com uma faca pelo homem. O homem disse ter perdido dinheiro no jogo e exigiu que a vítima lhe emprestasse dinheiro para recuperar as suas perdas. A vítima tentou sair do quarto, mas foi impedida e durante a luta entre os dois, a vítima sofreu várias cortes na testa, orelhas e mão esquerda, sendo finalmente forçada a entregar um total de 100.000 dólares de Hong Kong. Após obter o dinheiro, o homem desapareceu.
A 4.ª Secção de Coordenação da PJ iniciou rapidamente uma investigação e descobriu que, além do homem que cometeu o crime dentro do quarto, havia outro a vigiar fora do quarto. Depois de cometerem o crime, os dois voltaram para o Interior da China pelo posto fronteiriço da Ponte Hong Kong – Zhuhai – Macau. A PJ activou imediatamente o mecanismo de comunicação de emergência para solicitar o auxílio à parte do Interior da China, mas foi informado de que os dois suspeitos já tinham embarcado em Cantão num voo para o exterior naquela noite.
Na manhã de 22 de Dezembro de 2025, um dos suspeitos foi detido ao entrar novamente em Macau e foi levado para investigação pela PJ. Foi apurado que os dois homens envolvidos no caso conspiraram para cometer o crime depois de perderem dinheiro no jogo. Após cometer o crime, os dois trocaram o dinheiro roubado por cerca de 91.000 RMB e dividiram-no entre si. Conforme o que foi apurado, o primeiro detido foi presente ao MP por roubo.
Em 4 de Fevereiro de 2026, o Subgabinete de Macau do Gabinete Central Nacional Chinês da Interpol recebeu uma notificação da polícia do Interior da China a informar que o outro suspeito do caso tinha sido detido na província de Jiangxi. A resolução bem-sucedida deste caso demonstra a viabilidade e eficácia do mecanismo de cooperação policial entre as duas jurisdições, destacando a determinação e a capacidade das forças policiais para combater o crime transfronteiriço.
