內地女子涉加重盜竊被捕
本局於2026年2月3日接獲內地男事主報案，指其在路氹城區一酒店房間內遭涉案內地女子盜去財物。
男事主表示，其於2月2日與早前認識的涉案內地女子一同來澳賭博，並入住該酒店房間。至2月3日早上，男事主醒後發現涉案女子已離開，其外套內16萬港元現金亦不見蹤影，故報案求助。
本局第二統籌科隨即展開調查。經查，涉案女子於案發後離開酒店，前往路氹城區一娛樂場賭博，將涉案款項全數輸光後返回內地。2月4日早上，涉案女子再度入境本澳時被截獲，並帶返本局調查。
本局根據調查所得，以加重盜竊罪將涉案女子移送檢察院偵辦。
Mainland woman apprehended for aggravated theft
On 3rd February 2026, the Judiciary Police received a report from the mainland male victim, indicating that his property had been stolen by the involved mainland woman in a hotel room in the Cotai district.
The male victim stated that on February 2nd, he came to Macao for gambling with the involved mainland woman whom he had got acquainted with earlier and they had stayed in the involved hotel room. On the morning of February 3rd, when the male victim woke up, he found that the involved woman had left already. However, the cash of HKD160,000 in his jacket was also missing, he thus reported to the police for help.
The 2nd Section of Coordination of the Judiciary Police swiftly initiated investigation, which revealed that the involved woman had left the hotel after the case took place. She then went to a casino in the Cotai district for gambling, and returned to the mainland after she had gambled away all the involved fund. On the morning of February 4th, the involved woman was intercepted and brought back to the Judiciary Police for investigation when she entered Macao again.
Based on the investigative results, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved woman to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of aggravated theft.
Detida uma mulher do continente por furto qualificado
No dia 3 de Fevereiro de 2026, a PJ recebeu uma denúncia de um homem do Interior da China, dizendo que seus pertences tinham sido furtados de um quarto de hotel no Cotai por uma mulher do continente.
O homem disse que, no dia 2 de Fevereiro, tinha vindo a Macau para jogar com a mulher envolvida no caso, que conhecera anteriormente, e se hospedara no referido hotel. Na manhã do dia 3 de Fevereiro, ao acordar, ele descobriu que a mulher tinha deixado o hotel e que os 160.000 dólares de Hong Kong em dinheiro que tinha no seu casaco, também tinham desaparecido, motivo pelo qual ele apresentou queixa à PJ.
A 2.ª Secção de Coordenação da PJ iniciou de imediato uma investigação. Na investigação, foi apurado que a mulher saiu do hotel após a ocorrência do crime, e foi para um casino no Cotai para jogar. Após perder todo o dinheiro no jogo, ela regressou ao Interior da China. Na manhã do dia 4 de Fevereiro, a mulher foi detida ao entrar novamente em Macau e foi levada para investigação pela PJ.
Com base nos resultados da investigação, a detida foi presente ao MP por furto qualificado.
