內地男子涉相當巨額詐騙被捕
2026年2月1日凌晨，本局接獲路氹城區一娛樂場報案，指一名男子在酒店房間兌換籌碼後懷疑受騙。其後再接獲治安警察局通報，另有兩名男子因兌換偽造籌碼發生爭執，被在場警員截獲。
案情顯示，當日凌晨1時，首名被害人在酒店房間內向在逃涉案人轉帳133,500元人民幣，換取面值共14萬港元籌碼，其後發現籌碼有異報警。另外兩名被害人則向涉案內地男子轉帳89,800元人民幣，換取10萬港元籌碼，隨即識破為偽造。雙方爭執引起附近治安警員注意，二人均被送交本局。
經本局博彩罪案調查處調查，該涉案內地男子與在逃涉案人一同抵達娛樂場，分頭尋找目標，在逃涉案人作案後已離澳。而涉案內地男子被識破假籌碼後，將10個假籌碼藏在酒店外的花圃，後被本局查獲，並在其身上搜出一部懷疑作案時作聯絡之手機。涉案假籌碼的外觀和重量與真碼相若，憑肉眼難以辨認，僅顏色和雷射貼紙有異，且沒有芯片。此外，案中三名被害人因從事不法匯兌活動，本局已另案調查。
本局根據調查所得，以詐騙（相當巨額）罪將涉案內地男子移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續追查在逃涉案人下落。
Mainland man apprehended for fraud of considerably huge amount
On the early morning of 1st February 2026, the Judiciary Police received a report from a casino in the Cotai district, indicating that a man suspected to have been defrauded after chip exchange in a hotel room. Later, a notification from the Public Security Police Force was further received, reporting that another two men had a dispute over the exchange of fake chips, and were intercepted by the police officers on site.
Case details revealed that at around 1 a.m. that day, the first victim had transferred RMB133,500 to the involved person at large inside a hotel room in exchange for chips with face value of HKD140,000 in total. After that, he found irregularities with the chips and reported to the police. While another two victims transferred RMB89,800 to the involved mainland man in exchange for chips of HKD100,000, which were spotted to be fake immediately. The dispute between the two parties alerted the officers of the Public Security Police Force nearby, who then transferred the duo to the Judiciary Police.
Investigation by the Gaming-related Crimes Division of the Judiciary Police revealed that the involved mainland man had arrived at the casino together with the involved person at large and looked for targets separately. The involved person at large had left Macao after the perpetration, while the involved mainland man had hidden 10 fake chips at the flower bed outside the hotel after the chips were found to be fake. He was subsequently intercepted by the Judiciary Police, with a mobile phone suspected to be used for communication purpose during the perpetration seized on him. The appearance and weight of the involved fake chips were similar to the real ones and were hard to identify with naked eye, yet the colour and laser sticker were different, and no embedded chips were found. In addition, since the three victims in this case were engaged in illegal exchange activities, the Judiciary Police had opened another separate case file for investigation.
Based on investigative results, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved mainland man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of fraud (considerably huge amount), while continuing to pursue the whereabouts of the involved person at large.
Homem do continente detido por burla de valor consideravelmente elevado
Na madrugada de 1 de Fevereiro de 2026, a PJ recebeu uma queixa apresentada por um casino do Cotai, dizendo que um homem tinha sido burlado na troca de fichas no quarto de hotel. Mais tarde, foi ainda informada pelo CPSP de que dois homens tinham tido uma altercação por causa da troca de fichas falsas e foram interceptados pelos agentes no local.
De acordo com a informação, à 1h daquela madrugada, no quarto do hotel, o primeiro lesado efectuou uma transferência de 133.500 CNY para a conta do primeiro suspeito, que está em fuga, em troca de fichas de 140 mil HKD. Mas, detectando depois anomalias nas fichas, ligou à polícia. No outro caso, dois lesados transferiram 89.800 CNY ao segundo suspeito, homem do continente, para lhes trocar fichas de 100 mil HKD, e logo descobriram que essas fichas eram falsas. A altercação entre as duas partes atraiu a atenção dos agentes do CPSP, e estes foram levados para as instalações da PJ.
Na investigação realizada pela Divisão de Investigação de Crimes relacionados com o Jogo, os dois suspeitos chegaram juntos ao casino e separaram-se para procurar alvos. Apurou-se que o primeiro suspeito já partiu de Macau depois da actuação e o segundo suspeito, por sua vez, escondeu 10 fichas de jogo, após terem sido dadas como falsas, num canteiro fora do hotel. Essas fichas acabaram por ser encontradas e também, na posse dele, foi apreendido um telemóvel supostamente usado para comunicação durante o crime. As fichas falsas têm a aparência e o peso semelhantes às verdadeiras e dificilmente se distinguem a olho nu, sendo que aquelas não têm chips e mostram apenas diferenças na cor e no adesivo holográfico. A PJ instaurou outro processo para investigar o facto de que os três lesados praticavam câmbio ilegal.
Com base no que foi apurado, o homem do continente foi presente ao MP por burla (de valor consideravelmente elevado), ao passo que a PJ continua à procura do outro suspeito.
