司警局偵破販毒案 檢獲逾4.5公斤海洛因拘一內地漢
為加強打擊國際跨境販毒活動，本局毒品罪案調查處根據情報結合風險排查，鎖定一名可疑內地男乘客。2026年1月31日，本局人員經部署並在澳門海關及治安警察局配合下，於涉案內地男子飛抵本澳後進行截查，即場在其行李箱夾層內檢獲兩個表面沾有氣味刺鼻的咖啡粉和辣椒油的膠袋，膠袋內則藏有共重約4,559克懷疑為毒品的乳白色顆粒。
經本局刑事技術廳進行緊急化驗，證實上述物品為海洛因，約值638萬澳門元。經查，涉案內地男子受販毒集團招攬，在海外將毒品偷運到本澳，倘若事成可獲5,000元人民幣報酬。
本局根據調查所得，以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物罪將涉案內地男子移送檢察院偵辦。
Judiciary Police cracked a drug trafficking case, seizing over 4.5 kg of heroin with one mainland man arrested
To strengthen the combat of international cross-border drug trafficking activities, the Narcotics Division of the Judiciary Police identified a suspicious mainland male passenger based on integrated intelligence and risk investigation. On 31st January 2026, the personnel of the Judiciary Police conducted deployment and, with the cooperation of the Macao Customs and Public Security Police Force, intercepted the involved mainland man upon his arrival in Macao. Two plastic bags, with their surfaces covered with pungent-smelling coffee powder and chilli oil, were seized in the inner layer of his suitcase at the scene. Inside the plastic bags were approximately 4,559 grams of milky-white granules suspected to be drugs.
After urgent examination by the Forensic Science Department of the Judiciary Police, it was confirmed that the above item was heroin, worth around MOP 6.38 million. Investigation revealed that the involved mainland man was recruited by a drug trafficking syndicate to smuggle the drugs to Macao from overseas. If successful, he could receive a reward of RMB5,000.
Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved mainland man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offence of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances.
Desmantelamento pela PJ de um caso de tráfico de drogas com apreensão de mais de 4,5 kg de heroína e detido um homem do continente
Para reforçar o combate às actividades de tráfico internacional e transfronteiriço de droga, a Divisão de Investigação e Combate ao Tráfico de Estupefacientes da PJ conseguiu, com base em informações e numa avaliação de riscos, identificar um indivíduo suspeito proveniente da China continental. Em 31 de Janeiro de 2026, após um planeamento policial e com a colaboração dos Serviços de Alfândega de Macau e do CPSP, o nosso pessoal procedeu à intercepção do homem após a sua chegada a Macau por via aérea. Na camada interna da sua bagagem, foram encontrados dois sacos de plástico com um forte odor-pungente a pó de café, picante, aderido à superfície, os quais continham grânulos brancos leitosos, e que levantaram a suspeita de serem droga, com um peso total de cerca de 4.559 gramas.
Após um exame urgente feito pelo Departamento de Ciências Forenses da PJ, confirmou-se que era heroína a droga apreendida, avaliada em aproximadamente 6,38 milhões de patacas. Na investigação, apurou-se que o detido tinha sido recrutado por uma organização de tráfico de drogas para transportar a droga do estrangeiro para Macau com uma recompensa de 5.000 RMB caso conseguisse o transporte.
Conforme o que foi apurado na investigação, o detido foi presente ao Ministério Público acusado de tráfico ilícito de estupefacientes e de substâncias psicotrópicas.
