三男女涉販吸毒被拘
本局毒品罪案調查處根據情報查悉有三名男女懷疑涉及毒品犯罪活動，經部署後於2026年1月27日傍晚採取行動，在中區截獲一名涉案菲律賓裔本澳女子，檢獲10小包共重約3.82克的“冰”毒、吸毒用玻璃器皿，以及2,700澳門元懷疑毒資。同日晚上，本局人員在同區一住宅單位外拘捕涉案印尼籍女子，即場在其身上搜出1小包約重5.18克的“冰毒”，隨後在其住所內再緝獲一名逾期留澳的涉案印尼籍男子，搜獲1包重約25.34克的“冰”毒、電子磅、吸毒工具以及折合約3,800澳門元的懷疑毒資。
經查，三人均染有吸毒惡習且在本澳販毒約一個月。案中毒品經本局刑事技術廳進行緊急化驗，證實為總重34.34克的“冰”毒，約值103,000澳門元。
本局根據調查所得，以不法販賣麻醉藥品及精神藥物、不法吸食麻醉藥品及精神藥物，以及不適當持有器具或設備等罪將三名涉案男女移送檢察院偵辦，並就案中有人涉嫌收留逾期留澳人士另立案卷調查。
Three individuals arrested for trafficking and consuming drugs
Based on intelligence, the Narcotics Division of the Judiciary Police discovered that three individuals (1 man and 2 women) were suspected to be involved in drug crime activities. Subsequent to deployment, the Judiciary Police took actions on the evening of 27th January 2026, intercepting an involved Filipino local woman in Central district, with 10 sachets of the drug “ice”, weighing a total of around 3.82 grams in total, a glass utensil for taking drugs, as well as MOP2,700 of suspected drug proceeds seized. On the same night, the Judiciary Police personnel arrested an involved Indonesian woman outside a residence in the same district, seizing a sachet of the drug “ice”, weighing around 5.18 grams on her right at the scene. Afterwards, an involved Indonesian man, who was overstaying in Macao, was apprehended in her residence. A pack of the drug “ice”, weighing around 25.34 grams, an electronic scale, drug-taking tools, and suspected drug proceeds equivalent to around MOP3,800 were seized.
Investigation revealed that all the three individuals had drug-taking habits and had been trafficking drugs in Macao for around a month. Upon urgent examination against the involved drugs, the Forensic Science Department of the Judiciary Police verified that the drugs were “ice” weighing a total of 34.34 grams, with a worth of around MOP103,000.
Based on investigative results, the Judiciary Police transferred the three involved individuals to the Public Prosecutions Office with the charges of illegal trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, illegal consumption of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, and improper possession of utensils or equipment. In addition, another dossier was established to investigate the person who was involved in sheltering an overstayer in Macao.
Detidos três indivíduos por tráfico e consumo de droga
Com base em informações obtidas, a Divisão de Investigação e Combate ao Tráfico de Estupefacientes da PJ tomou conhecimento de que três indivíduos, um homem e duas mulheres, eram suspeitos de envolvimento em actividades criminosas relacionadas com a droga. Após ter sido delineado um plano policial, entrou em acção no final da tarde de 27 de Janeiro de 2026. Foi detida uma residente, de nacionalidade filipina, na zona central, tendo sido apreendidos na sua posse 10 pacotes pequenos de “ice” com um peso total de cerca de 3,82 gramas, recipientes de vidro para consumo de estupefacientes e 2.700 patacas em dinheiro, que se suspeita ser proveniente do tráfico de droga. Na mesma noite, foi detida uma indonésia junto a um apartamento na mesma zona, tendo sido encontrado na sua posse um pacote pequeno com aproximadamente 5,18 gramas de “ice”. Posteriormente, foi detido outro indonésio por excesso de permanência em Macau na residência da referida mulher indonésia, onde foi encontrado um pacote de “ice” com aproximadamente 25,34 gramas, uma balança electrónica, instrumentos para consumo e dinheiro que se suspeita ser proveniente do tráfico de droga no valor equivalente a 3.800 patacas.
Na investigação, apurou-se que os três detidos tinham o vício de consumir droga e se dedicavam ao tráfico de estupefacientes em Macau há cerca de um mês. A droga apreendida foi submetida ao Departamento de Ciências Forenses da PJ para um exame urgente. Confirmou-se que a substância apreendida era de “ice” (34,34 gramas), avaliada em, aproximadamente, 103.000 patacas.
Conforme o apurado na investigação, os três detidos foram presentes ao Ministério Público por tráfico e consumo ilícitos de estupefacientes e de substâncias psicotrópicas, bem como por detenção indevida de utensílio ou equipamento. Foi instaurado um processo separado para investigar o acolhimento da pessoa em excesso de permanência em Macau.
