內地漢涉高利貸及搶劫被拘
2026年1月21日晚，內地男事主於新口岸區一娛樂場內以配碼方式向涉案內地男子及在逃涉案人借貸賭博，條件為雙方各自出資60萬港元，以及每當賭局勝出時須抽取彩金兩成作利息。賭博過程中涉案男子共抽取約30萬港元利息。至事主輸剩20萬港元籌碼時，涉案男子即取回賭枱上的60萬港元籌碼並表示停止賭博，事主遂取回自己的籌碼予身旁的朋友保管，並與涉案男子爭執。經場內保安員介入後，雙方和解並隱瞞高利貸一事，涉案男子給予事主35萬港元籌碼，雙方一同離開娛樂場。當雙方移至附近街道時，兩名在逃涉案人突然出現並襲擊事主致其受傷，乘機搶去上述35萬港元籌碼。涉案男子一伙得手後迅速四散，事主與朋友從後追趕，成功截獲涉案男子並報警求助。案件經治安警察局轉交本局博彩罪案調查處跟進。
經查，本局人員在涉案男子身上檢獲1部手機。
本局根據調查所得，以為賭博的不法借貸及搶劫等罪將涉案男子移送檢察院偵辦，並繼續追緝其餘在逃涉案人。
Mainland man arrested for usury and robbery
On the evening of 21st January 2026, the mainland male victim borrowed money from the involved mainland man and the absconded involved individuals for gambling in a casino in ZAPE under the matched-stake lending arrangement, on condition that each party contributed HKD600,000 respectively and 20% of the winnings be withdrawn as interest for each game won. During the gambling, the involved man had collected about HKD300,000 as interest. When the victim had only HKD200,000 worth of chips left from gambling, the involved man immediately retrieved HKD600,000 worth of chips from the gambling table and declared cessation of gambling. The victim then collected his own chips, passed them to his friend who was next to him to safekeep, and had an altercation with the involved man. After the intervention of the casino’s security guard, the two parties reached a settlement and concealed the fact of the usury. The involved man gave the victim HKD350,000 worth of chips, and the two parties left the casino together. When they moved to the nearby streets, the two absconded involved individuals suddenly appeared and attacked the victim, injuring him, and robbed him of the above-mentioned HKD350,000 in casino chips. The involved man and his accomplices quickly dispersed after that. The victim and his friend gave chase, successfully intercepted the involved man and reported to the police for help. The case was transferred by the Public Security Police Force to the Gaming-related Crimes Division of the Judiciary Police for follow up.
After investigation, the personnel of the Judiciary Police seized a mobile phone from the involved man.
Based on investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the involved man to the Public Prosecutions Office for the offences of illegal money-lending for gambling and robbery, while continuing to pursue the remaining absconded involved individuals.
Detido um homem do continente por usura e roubo
Na noite do dia 21 de Janeiro de 2026, um homem do continente, fez um empréstimo, por meio de combinação de fichas, com um outro homem do continente e indivíduos agora em fuga, num casino do ZAPE, sob as condições em que ambas as partes teriam de investir 600.000 HKD cada, e um, de pagar 20% do valor das apostas, como juros, sempre que vencesse um jogo. Durante o jogo, o suspeito cobrou no total de 300.000 HKD como juros e, no momento em que o primeiro homem do continente já tinha perdido e só lhe restavam 200.000 HKD em fichas, o suspeito retirou da mesa os 600.000 HKD em fichas e disse-lhe para parar o jogo. A vítima queria recolher as suas fichas e entregá-las ao amigo para as guardar, daí que ambos entraram em conflito. O pessoal da segurança do casino interveio e resolveu o caso sem, no entanto, se ter falado sobre a usura, tendo o suspeito devolvido 350.000 HKD fichas à vítima e saídos juntos do casino. Quando ambos se passavam nas proximidades, dois indivíduos, agora em fuga, apareceram de repente e atacaram a vítima causando-lhe ferimentos e roubando-lhe também os 350.000 HKD em fichas. Após o acto, os suspeitos fugiram rapidamente; a vítima e o seu amigo correram atrás e conseguiram apanhar um deles tendo ido apresentar a denúncia à polícia. O caso foi encaminhado à Divisão de Investigação de Crimes relacionados com o Jogo pelo CPSP, para efeitos de averiguação.
Na investigação, foi apreendido na posse do suspeito um telemóvel.
Com base no que foi apurado na investigação, o suspeito foi presente ao Ministério Público por empréstimo ilícito para jogo e roubo. A PJ continua à procura dos suspeitos em fuga.
