粵澳警方合作偵破搶劫及清洗黑錢案 共拘六人
2026年1月10日下午，內地男事主應首名涉案內地男子要求，前往路氹城區一酒店客房與兩名男子進行不法匯兌，在成功兌出1萬港元後，對方突然施襲及搶去其手機，並以向警方告發其為“換錢黨”作威脅，要求其交出60萬港元現金。經雙方對峙及議價後，事主最終交出50萬港元現金。其後事主致電首名涉案內地男子要求返還被劫款項遭拒，遂向本局報案求助。
本局第四統籌科接報調查，查悉兩名男子作案後隨即前往新口岸區會合首名及次名涉案內地男子，在得悉事主計劃報警後，再攜同贓款會合第三及第四名涉案內地男子，並在其協助下將贓款匯到首名涉案內地男子指定的帳戶內。由於兩名男子在處理贓款後立即經橫琴口岸逃往內地，本局遂透過緊急警務聯絡機制請求內地警方協助緝捕兩人，同時加緊追緝身處本澳的另外四名涉案內地男子。
2026年1月10日深夜至1月12日下午期間，本局人員成功在本澳多處拘捕四名涉案內地男子，並在四人身上檢獲400澳門元現金、1,300港元現金、1,500元人民幣現金及5部手機，而兩名搶劫事主的男子則於1月11日凌晨在珠海落網。
本局根據調查所得，分別以搶劫罪及清洗黑錢罪將在本澳被捕的四名涉案內地男子移送檢察院偵辦，並就案中有人涉嫌在本澳經營不法匯兌犯罪活動另立卷宗調查。
Case of robbery and money laundering solved through Guangdong-Macao police cooperation, with six persons under arrest
On the afternoon of 10th January 2026, at the request of the first involved Mainland man, the Mainland male victim went to a hotel guestroom in the Cotai district to conduct an illegal currency exchange with two men. After successfully exchanging HKD10,000, the other party suddenly attacked the victim, snatched his mobile phone, and threatened to report him to the police as a “money exchange gangster”, demanding him to hand over HKD600,000 in cash. After standoff and negotiation between the two parties, the victim finally handed over HKD500,000 in cash. The victim later called the first involved Mainland man, demanding the return of the robbed money but was refused, hence he reported to the police for assistance.
After receiving the report, the 4th Section of Coordination of the Judiciary Police launched an investigation and found that the two men proceeded to the ZAPE district right after committing the crime to meet with the first and second involved Mainland men. Upon learning that the victim intended to file a police report, they took the illicit proceeds to meet with the third and fourth involved Mainland men. With their assistance, the illicit proceeds were transferred to an account designated by the first involved Mainland man. As the two men fled to Mainland via the Hengqin Port immediately after handling the illicit proceeds, the Judiciary Police requested the Mainland police to assist in apprehending the two individuals through the emergency police liaison mechanism, while stepping up efforts to hunt down the other four involved Mainland men who were in Macao.
Between the late hours of 10th January and the afternoon of 12th January 2026, the Judiciary Police personnel successfully arrested the four involved Mainland men at several locations in Macao, seizing MOP400, HKD1,300 and RMB1,500 in cash, as well as 5 mobile phones from the four individuals. The two men who robbed the victim were arrested in Zhuhai in the early hours of January 11th.
Based on the investigative findings, the Judiciary Police transferred the four involved Mainland men to the Public Prosecutions Office for investigation on charges of robbery and money laundering respectively. A separate case file has been established to investigate the involved individual’s suspected engagement in operating illegal currency exchange activities in Macao.

Na tarde de 10 de Janeiro de 2026, um homem da China continental, a pedido de outro homem da mesma região, primeiro suspeito de caso, foi a um quarto de hotel do Cotai para efectuar uma troca ilegal de dinheiro, com dois homens. Depois de ter sida concluída a transacção de 10 mil HKD, os dois homens atacaram o lesado e tiraram o seu telemóvel, bem como o obrigaram a entregar de 600 mil HKD em numerário com a ameaça de o denunciarem à polícia por câmbio ilícito. Após uma negociação, o lesado acabou por dar aos homens 500 mil HKD. Posteriormente, o lesado ligou ao primeiro suspeito a exigir a devolução do dinheiro roubado. O pedido foi recusado e o lesado apresentou queixa à polícia.
A 4.ª Secção de Coordenação desenvolveu um inquérito e apurou que os dois homens, depois da actuação, se deslocaram à ZAPE para se reunir com o primeiro e o segundo suspeito do continente, e quando souberam que o lesado chamou a polícia, levaram o dinheiro e encontraram-se com os outros suspeitos transferindo o dinheiro roubado para uma conta indicada pelo primeiro suspeito. Os dois homens fugiram através do posto fronteiriço de Hengqin, imediatamente depois de terem tratado do respectivo dinheiro. A PJ, através do mecanismo de ligação policial de urgência, solicitou a colaboração da polícia da China continental na detenção desses dois homens, ao mesmo tempo, intensificou a procura dos quatro suspeitos que ainda se encontravam em Macau.
Entre a madrugada de 10 e a tarde de 12 de Janeiro de 2026, o pessoal da PJ conseguiu em diferentes lugares deter aqueles quatro suspeitos, na sua posse foram encontrados 400 MOP, 1.300 HKD, 1.500 CNY em numerário e cinco telemóveis. Os dois suspeitos de roubo foram presos na madrugada de 11 de Janeiro, em Zhuhai.
Conforme apurado na investigação, os quatro homens detidos em Macau foram presentes ao Ministério Público por roubo e branqueamento de capitais. Foi também instaurado outro processo para exploração de câmbio ilícito em Macau.
